Chapter 68: Melon!

Jungkook sat on the couch, stealing most of the blanket since he claimed it was really soft, while Jin was in the kitchen putting some fruit in a very large bowl he somehow managed to find at the store, since Yoongi said he wanted some fruit which was rare since he wasn't always a big fan of fruit, although he would eat it if there was nothing else, but jin was a little surprise since

"Oh I almost forgot! Crap crap crap crap!"- Jungkook said as he quickly jumped off the couch and ran over to his school bag digging through it as Jin walked in.

"What's so important that you had to say crap so many times jungkookie?"-Jin asked sitting down next to yoongi with the bowl on his lap letting yoongi get access to the fruit immediately.

"Melon!"-Jungkook chirped happily, taking out a dirty plastic ball with holes in it and a small  orange colored chubby hamster in it and sitting next to Jin.

"Melon?! Kookie where did find that?!"-Jin said quickly grabbing the plastic ball from him and handing the bowl of fruit to yoongi who happily took it, meaning they most likely would get any fruit and heading into the kitchen.

Jin came back a few minutes later with the now sqeaky clean ball in his hands, handing it back to jungkook. "I found her in a alley a street cat was about to eat her! so I found this ball and put her in there she's still a baby though so I might be able to keep her or just hide her from eomma"- Jungkook said happily taking Melon out of the plastic ball and holding him in his hands lightly petting his fur.

"That's no surprise cats like to eat rodents and anything else that's edible"-Yoongi said as he continued eating the fruit mainly the grapes though, Jin noticed he was just a little bit chubby but he wasn't telling yoongi that and just shrugged it off as his shirt being to big.

"What?! Does that mean you like to eat hamsters to hyung?"-Jungkook asked pouting unconsciously cute and yoongi chuckled and shook his head

"Of course not, I just eat rats occasionally but lately they've been making me sick so hobi won't let me have any for a while"- Yoongi said slightly frowning

"Blah! I'm happy I'm not an animal I could never eat a rat"- Jungkook chuckled as Yoongi just  shrugged like he was saying that it doesn't taste bad

Jin chuckled and turned back to jungkook who was still petting Melon and slightly turned his head to the side."Jungkookie why did you name her Melon exactly?"- The older asked as jungkook showed his bunny smile

"Because she's round and chubby like a Melon! and I like Melons"- Jungkook chuckled to himself while Melon roamed around his hands.

'Cute' jin thought to himself as he leaned his back on the couch and grabbed his phone out of his sweatshirt pocket going to Namjoons contact.

Jinnie 👑: Joonie~

Joonie 💕: Hello princess I was just about to text you I just got my bags we're getting in the cab now

Jinnie 👑: Oh well that means you didn't get lost then, Did you get enough sleep on the airplane?

Joonie 💕: Ya but it took like over thirty minutes for us to get in the air there was some multiple hold up's in first class I'm not sure what

Jinnie 👑: Hmm maybe someone was sick, well jungkookie now has a hamster and Yoongi is sitting here eating a very large bowl of fruit

Joonie 💕: Okay one since when does Yoongi eat fruit and two where the hell did he find it?

Jinnie 👑: An alley, he said a cat was going to eat it

Jinnie 👑: He named her Melon

Jinnie 👑: "She's round and chubby like a melon and I like melons!"

Jinnie 👑: His exact words

Joonie 💕: Ya his mom is definitely not gonna let him keep her or he'll end up killing her

Jinnie 👑: Namjoon!

Joonie 💕: It's true! That only animal he has ever had survive it's full life to the end was his old dog, that was when we we're in middle school all the fishes he's had have either somehow managed to drowned or just died from starvation

Jinnie 👑: I think she'll live, jungkookie is responsible enough and fish can drown? Since when?

Joonie 💕: probably not going up for air or he put to much water

Jinnie 👑: oh boy....

Joonie 💕: Bring your hopes down yet?

Jinnie 👑: shut it I still have some faith in my innocent baby

Jin clicked off his phone and threw it back into his or Namjoons actually, sweatshirt pocket, he mentally smacked himself he was suppose to ask Namjoon if they could discuss something once the younger got back, he didn't notice earlier Jungkook had put Melon back in her little ball and had fallen asleep on his shoulder and yoongi had eaten every last grape in the bowl leaving a few strawberries and had also fallen asleep on Jins shoulder, he checked the time and saw it was only around four and decided to just take a small nap, probably having to wake up later to make dinner, luckily he had two helpers though. Then he thought for a moment, he never knew why he wouldn't let Jungkook help him with dinner before.
