Chapter 71: Broken promise

Jungkook continued walking to Jins house while holding Melon in his hands for a little bit of comfort, Jungkook hopped on the bus for to get there a bit faster and some creepy old guy with long grey hair and few missing teeth kept looking at jungkook up and down, the younger was very uncomfortable so once the bus stopped he quickly got off, but, the guy got off as well, the guy didn't look homeless though in fact he was wearing a full suit. He quickly walked down the road but not trying to make it to noticeable until the house came into few allowing him to sprint across the street and walk the rest of the way until he finally reached the door slightly out of breath and knocked only having to wait a few seconds.

"Your finally here, I was so worried"-Jin said, quickly pulling jungkook inside

Jungkook handed Melon to jin who took her and placed her in wooden box with an open top for her to roam around in"Did I do something wrong hyung?"-Jungkook asked confused as Jin shook his head and hugged the younger tightly

"No you didn't do anything kookie there's been some random people going around and doing weird things to older girls and boys, they had been spotted by the hospital"- Jin said as Jungkook tensed up a bit he was still slightly hurting from what Tae had told him.

"Taehyung said he's getting released from the hospital in about a week"-Jungkook said hugging jin back tightly

"Oh that's great kookie, you guys will be able to hang out again"-Jin said, a bit of confusion in his voice jungkook never said Tae's full name unless he was angry with the older

"Not anymore I won't, he's going to Daegu for his last year of high school and college after he gets out of the hospital-"-Jungkook paused and buried his face in Jins chest "He broke our promise and probably even forgot about it, I bet it's my fault he's leaving"-The younger said; warm tears painted his pink cheeks while Jin hugged him tighter

"You know better then I do that it's not you fault Kook-ah and Tae also isn't the type to forget a promise especially if it's for you two"- Jin said lifting the youngers head and wiping away his tears

"But what if it is my fault, I know his dad despises me and Tae said that he wasn't aloud to be around me any more!"-Jungkook said as Jin thought for a second and slightly smiled

"Then ignore him, Tae's father can't lay a hand on you and if Tae is just going to daegu then you can take a train and visit him every weekend"-Jin said while Jungkook looked him surprised

"Really!? I can do that?"-The younger asked while jin nodded in response

"Of course you can kook-ah-"-Jin paused mid sentence when there was a very loud knock at the front door

Jin motioned jungkook to go sit on the couch then went and looked through the peep hole to see a police officer, jin was slightly confused and nervous but opened the door anyway.

"Uh? Can I help you?"-Jin asked even though he was little nervous you couldn't hear it in his voice

"Sorry to disturb you, but, we've been looking for a certain man, he has grey hair and may be wearing a suit, police we're called that he was spotted over in this area"-The officer said as Jin thought for moment then turned to jungkook who was patiently sitting on the couch playing with Melon

"Jungkook-ah can you come here really quick"-Jin asked as the younger quickly stood and walked over

"A police officer? What for?"-Jungkook asked as the officer explained everything again

"Oh! I know who your talking about, he was following me from the bus stop, but, once I got here he dissapeared into the woods and I couldn't see him anymore"-Jungkook said as the officer nodded and thanked them before walking back to his car

"Hyung do you have any snacks?"- The younger asked as Jin shrugged and went into the kitchen looking through the cupboards but didn't find anything that jungkook would eat

"Sorry kook I'll have to go grocery shopping soon, but, I do have some bread and meat you can make a sandwich?"-Jin said as the younger nodded and trotted into the kitchen, taking out what he needed.

Jin left Jungkook in the kitchen, then went into the living room and clicked on the T.V. flopping onto the couch, he saw that Melon was still in the wooden container that he put he placed her in but was sound asleep, Jungkook soon joined him placing his sandwich that was on a plate on his lap, Jin was focused on the T.V. when a loud pitched whistle was heard from outside, that owners or trainers use on there dogs to make them listen, but, only the dog could hear it, Jin pulled his knees up to his chest and covered his ears, it hurt his ears a lot since his hearing was really good and extended from a  humans.

"Hyung? What's the matter, what happened to your eye's?"- Jungkook asked a little bit of fear could be heard in his voice, Jin's eyes had changed to the way his wolves would be, meaning they we're now crystal blue

"Call yoongi"-Jin managed to get out, not hearing the  youngers question from before and tried to stand up, but, his body disagreed and changed into his wolf instead, he knew Hobi was probably having the same problems so he just relied on Yoongi who still heard it but didn't get effected by it.

Jungkook scrambled out his phone and pressed yoongi's contact name, the older picked up by the first ring. "I'm a little busy at the moment kook-ah"- Yoongi's voice rang through the phone, but didn't sound scared he just sounded calm

"Hyung! I need your help, Jin hyung turned into his wolf and I don't know what to do, he just said to call you before he turned!"-Jungkook yelled as he heard Yoongi sigh on the other side.

"Okay first you have to calm down or he'll smell your fear, which you don't want, then next get jin to sit and you then have to cover his ears, also his head has to be faced towards your body so he'll have a familiar scent, he should turn back after you hold him for at least twenty minutes, don't be surprised if he passed out afterwards"- Yoongi said as Jungkook listened to every word carefully.

He did everything that the older said even though it took him a while to get jin to get into a seating position, jungkook soon managed to cover jins large ears and press the large wolf against his body, Jungkook was almost engulfed by all of Jins fur, he felt like a toddler that had a dog napping on its lap and not being able to get up.

Jungkook put the phone back to his ear and sighed." He's a little more calm now, his tail is swaying back and forth"-The younger mumbled as he heard a chuckle on the other side

"That's good, just stay like that for a bit longer kook-ah"-Yoongi said as Jungkook hummed in response before hanging up
