Chapter 34

"Luke what is this?" I giggled, feeling around my surroundings. I've been blindfolded and practically blind, walking through the streets.

"Just hold on a bit longer," I heard him say.

I giggled and nodded, letting him lead me through a flight of stairs before he slowly took off my blindfold. My eyes adjusted a bit and finally realized we're on the rooftop of the diner he recently took me to. My eyes focused on the little table set up for us with burgers and fries as our dinner.

Thank the heavens that this isn't some fancy date.

There was a small stage set up and he climbed up to it while I stood and watched him. He picked up the guitar lying there and waved at me, smiling.

"So this song is dedicated to lovely girl in front of me," he grinned and I blushed at his words. He started to pluck the strings as he started the intro.
