I sat on the rooftop of my building, looking out at the city bustling below me. The wind rustled through my hair, blowing the pieces that I weren't tucked into my bun.

"Y/N?"

I turned around to see Spiderman standing a few feet away from me.

"Hey, Spidey," I smirked, placing my hand on my hip.

"How's my favorite Queens native doing?"

"Good, how about everyone's favorite Spider?"

He shrugged.

"Good,"

I nodded.

"What's new?"

I shrugged.

"Not much, same old same old,"

He chuckled, pulling his mask slightly above his nose like he usually does when we talk.

We talked for about an hour, like usual, and I laughed as we ate some frozen yogurt he got from a local fro yo place.

"You have a beautiful smile," He said, tucking a piece of hair behind my ear.

I looked down, shaking my head.

"No I don't,"

He lifted my head up by my chin so I could look i to his mask-covered eyes.

"Yeah, you do,"

I blushed up and he chuckled, shaking his head.

His phone went off, and he shot up, pulling his mask down.

He picked me up and dropped me off at the fire escape.

"I gotta go," he whispered.

"Wait," I said, grabbing his wrist before he left.

"Who are you?"

He shook his head.

"I'll tell you later," he shot a web and then he was off, leaving me in a mini trance on my fire escape.

Spiderman and I have grown really close over the past few weeks, and even though I had no clue who he was behind his mask, I was slowly falling in love with him.

I felt I was locked in his trance, but he refused to tell me who he was.

"Spidey, just tell me," I begged.

He shook his head.

"You wouldn't like who I am behind the mask,"

I rolled my eyes.

"So you're saying your a different person behind the mask then you are with the mask?"

"N-n-no. I-It's just that I know what girls like, and it's not me,"

I shook my head.

"But I've gotten to you as you, Spidey. It doesn't matter to me how different you think you are, I'm going to like you, mask or not,"

He shook his head.

"No;"

"At least tell me your name,"

"No, because then you'll look me up,"

"Just tell me who you are,"

"No,"

"Please,"

"No!"

I stood up, placing my hands on his shoulders.

"Who are you?"

His mask was lifted just above his nose.

He placed his hands on my waist, pulling me close to him.

His hot breath danced against my lips,

"I can't tell you, you're going to hate me, I know it. No one likes who I am under the mask,"

My heart shattered at his words.

I went on my tippy toes, kissing his cheek softly.

"I'll love you mask or not, Spiderman," I whispered.

My word choice was bold but I wanted him to know it.

"W-what?"

"You heard me,"

He shook his head.

"You're lying,"

I shook my head.

"If I was lying would I do this?"

I leaned in, my eyes fluttering closed as I softly pressed my lips to his.

They were warm and soft, and he kissed me back with as much passion as I kissed him with.

He pulled away, hands reaching up to his mask.

"Don't hate me;" he whispered.

"I could never,"

He pulled his mask off, and the most beautiful boy I have ever seen in this crappy town was staring back at me.

His eyes were a glistening brown, and he had a mop of chocolatey brown curls on the top of his head.

"You're even cuter then I imagined," I whispered.

He chuckled, looking at me.

"Hi, Y/N. I'm Peter Parker,"

My heart fluttered.

"Now is Peter Parker going to give me his cell phone number or let me be forever alone?"

He chuckled.

"Are you always this confident around guys?"

"Nope. Just ones I think are cute, bad-ass crime-fighting spiders,"

*a few weeks later*

Peter's arms were wrapped around my waist, his chin resting on my shoulder and we watched the city below us.

"I told you I'd like you mask or not, Pete," I giggled.

He kissed my cheek softly.

"Yeah, yeah,"

I smiled and took his hand in mine.

"I love you," he whispered.

"I love you too," I whispered back.
