Origins of: Emma H.

A Chess Method

*Derek Hale is Derek H.*

(Third Person P.O.V.)

Derek was sitting with Derek, LOL I know confusing right. Let me make it less confusing; Derek was sitting next to Derek Hale

"We are doing everything we can." Derek H. clarified

"I know, but I feel like this is my fault." Derek said

"Its not your fault,a she wanted to protect you. Your her little brother, in her mind she thought is was right for her to let go." Derek H. said

"I wish she didn't do that!" Derek said as he stood up and his phone started buzzing. It was the home security system, telling him that someone was in Emma's room. Derek opened the app and saw Emma, she winked, then smirked at the camera.

On the phone.......

"Dad, Emma is in the house." Derek said

"I know, but come over to Derek's loft." His father said

"Ok." He said

"What is it?" Derek H. asked

"Emma was at your loft." Derek said

"Let's go." Derek H. replied

Later at Derek's loft.....

"What does this mean?" Scott asked as they all looked at the chess board.

"She has two chess boards." Issac analyzed

"Yes we can see that." Gia said

"It means we have a bigger team than she does. If you noticed she has only the original number of peices on a chess board and we have twice that many." Stiles said

"Well someone is gonna win this game." Skylar said

"There is a white chess piece on the second board by itself." Jake said

"We are the white team and Dark Emma chose the black peices." Charlie said

"Our names are on the peices. But that one just confuses me." Sheriff Stilinski pointed out

"That one represents Emma." Troy pointed out

"So she has two peices?" Aiden asked

"No, just one. That one, she would never move. That's how I know its her, the real her." Troy replied

"Now that I think about it, I have played chess with her and she never uses that peice." Stiles said

"This is one sick joke it's playing. Harvesting its life and causing chaos as 17 year old girl." Mr. Argent said

"We want to remove it not kill it." Deaton said

"Why not kill it?" Peter Hale asked

"Because if we kill it, we kill Emma." Deaton replied

"Peter, I know you could be the bad guy, but we can't kill Emma." Derek said

"Don't try anything screwy." Lydia said

"Why would I, that is my niece its controlling." Peter said

"Just catch her and bring her to me." Deaton said

Later in school (its a Saturday night)............

"Nothing good ever happens on a Saturday night at school." Stiles said

"There is a chance she would show up here." Troy said

"Yeah Stiles." Scott said

"Well we are inside." Lydia pointed out

"How do you feel Lydia?" Derek asked

"Just tired ." Lydia responded

"I hope this just comes easy." Kira said

"Me too." Allison said

"Someone's coming." Lydia said as Emma pushed the door open and dark hybrids started running inside and they started fighting. Everyone else came inside and started fighting as Emma went out on the field. Scott, Kira, Troy,Derek and Lydia followed her.

"Just stop trying. Your not gonna get her back." She said

"We are never gonna stop trying." Derek said

"OK fine." She said as more dark hybrids came and

"Lydia just go inside." Stiles said as Lydia went inside. They started fighting. Derek heard a voice in the distance and it was Emma

Emma's P.O.V

I was chained up in the school's basement. I could feel everything from my phsyical body, trust me it felt like hell. I came through the side door and saw Scott, Kira, Troy and Derek. I could barely move. I stumbled over my feet. I used my arms, which ached, to help me get up.

"Derek." I said once and he saw me then kept fighting. Then all the Dark hybrids disappered. Derek, and Stiles rushed over to me and helped me.

"I won't be beat. I REFUSE!" It said

"Kira, when you get the chance slide the blade through me." I whispered to Kira and she nodded

"Well your done here." Scott said

"No, Its only the beginning." It said as it came closer. More hybrids appeared. Kira was fighting and slid her blade right through it. It passed out and so did I.

Third Person P.O.V.

"No!" Derek said as he kneeled down next to Emma. Dark Emma's body turned in to dust and crawled up Emma's arm

"Is she dead?" Scott asked

"I don't know." Derek said as a cough escaped Emma's mouth. She opened up her eyes slowly. Everyone else came outside to the field

"Emma, how do you feel?" Ethan asked

Back to Emma's P.O.V.

"I feel OK." I said

Two days later........

I'm currently in the hospital. Deaton asked his brother who is a warlock put a spell on me and Derek. So it is no longer living in our head. We can finally sleep peacefully, it did leave me with a sprained wrist. I wasn't healing as fast as regular hybrids do so as a result, I'm wearing a cast on my right arm. At least I don't have to go to school for 2 weeks.
