31- Always murder your ex

BUFFY'S POV

'Hey you all good?' Spike asked me as I entered the kitchen 'you look like you've been crying?'

'I'm all good' I told him 'I've just been apologising for my stupid behaviour'

'You haven't been stupid Buff' he told me 'you never are'

'Thanks' I laughed going to the fridge to find any food to eat

'I've been thinking' Spike said

'Oh that's never good' I joked

'Hey' he said grabbing my arm and looking into my eyes 'I love you so much Buffy, and I'll kill Drusilla for you'

'Whoa what?' I asked

'Isn't that what you want?'

'When did I say that?'

'What no, you didn't' Spike mumbled 'Willow said that's what you wanted'

'Willow said I wanted Drusilla dead?' I questioned

'Yeah, basically'

'Why on earth would she say that?' I said

'She told me to stop being jealous of Angel and that you've killed him so many times to prove to me that you love me and that you were worried about Drusilla and I had to prove that I love you or something'

'You don't have to kill Drusilla' I told him touching his arm gently 'I was slightly jealous at the start because you seemed to know what she was thinking and what she'd be doing'

'Because I used to spend so much time with her, I probably know what you're thinking and what you'll be doing later' he replied

'Oh really what am I thinking then and what will I be doing later?' I teased

'Ah you're thinking, 'Dam I'm so lucky to have Spike because he's so hot and later I'll be doing him'' he said trying to mimic my voice

'Oh definitely, that's 100% what I was thinking' I laughed

'I know it was hard for you to kill Angel' he said softly

'He was Angelus, so it was less hard' I told him

'The first love is the hardest to forget, and unfortunately mine is Drusilla but you know I'm over her and that I love you, but I would kill her for you'

'What a strange world we live in, killing each other's ex's' I smiled 'if she becomes a problem maybe she should go, but right now she's harmless ish. I mean she did kill Jessica's parents, that's pretty bad'

'Yeah' Spike agreed 'so the house is all quiet, shall we?' he smirked

'Fine' I laughed giving in.
