The next morning getting ready for work I was in the best mood. That kiss was everything I wanted for a "first" kiss and more, it was thrilling and spontaneous. My cheeks hurt from smiling so much just thinking about it.
I still was kind of confused on what the kiss meant, but I mean I'm optimistic. He wouldn't have kissed me unless he actually liked me...right?
As I was in the middle of putting mascara on in the bathroom, Celine walks in with her phone in hand.
"Hunter dropped you off yesterday right?" She asked looking up with a smirk on her face
"Yeah why?" I question lowkey confused as I continued to apply my mascara
"That's cool, but you seemed to have left something out about what occurred before he dropped you?" She says with a knowing an smile
"What are you even talking about" she honestly was confusing the shit out me
"I'm talking about that kiss y'all shared outside the apartment" just as she said that I accidentally poked my eye with the mascara wand
"Oh fuck" I said my left eye twitching a little
"Oh fuck is right you sneaky bitch" she said glaring playfully at me
"How do you even know? Were you watching me?" I asked as I grabbed a makeup wipe to rub the running mascara out of my tearing left eye
"I wasn't watching you, but paparazzi was"
"Huh-" she then shoved her phone in my face, me coming face to face with a ShadeRoom post about Hunter
"Swipe left" she said and I did only to see a shot of Hunter and I kissing in his car. It was blurry and you couldn't really tell it was me, but I knew damn well it was me and apparently so did Celine.
"So you gonna explain or no? little miss 'We are only friends'" she said mocking my voice
"Whatever Celine" I said attempting to reapply the mascara to my left eye making sure to be careful this time
"Don't 'Whatever' me!" I roll my eyes at her. Then her face morphs into one of horror "that's why you didn't tell me! You had sex with him didn't you!"
"No! We didn't have sex crazy! I'm still a Virgin!" I say shocked. As you can see Celine is the more dramatic of us two.
"Ok calm down. You know even if you did have sex with him, I'd be proud. I mean it's Hunter, if I spent a whole day with him best believe I would have-"
"Ok Celine, I get it" I said putting my mascara back in my makeup bag "but as I said we didn't have sex" I walked out the bathroom past her to go put my makeup back in my room, and of course she followed me
"But you did kiss though?"
"Yeah we did, it was just a quick goodbye kiss" I say trying to downplay it as I looked for heels to match my outfit
