"It's getting pretty bad out there" I said lowkey worried "how am I going to get home?"
"I say you just stay here. There's guest rooms you can sleep in. It's already late and it's not even safe to be driving" he said, and he was right—it was already late
"You don't think the rain is going to let up?" I questioned, but from the looks of it the answer was no.
"Probably not" he said chuckling "and by the time it does, it would be late as hell."
"Thanks rain for ruining everything" I said laughing lightly
"Nah it didn't ruin anything. I don't know about you but I had a great time with you today " He said smiling down at me
"Yeah I did too" If I wasn't black, I'm pretty sure my face would be red as hell right now
"Good to know" a smile gracing his face
"I should call Celine" I said snapping out of his gaze "she'd probably worried about me because I haven't even sent her your license plate"
"My license plate?" He asked confused
"Oh yeah just in case you turn out to be like OJ Simpson or something" I said laughing

"Actually there's a storm going on right now. I don't think it safe to drive out"

"Yeah so, Hunter offered to let me stay in his guest room"
"Wait, he took you on a date to his house?" Disbelief thick in her voice
"No! Well yes, kinda. We are currently at his vacation home, it's like outside of New York"
