(thats a joke so dont get offended)

virgil sighed as he watched the clock, he had plans with logan after school. they were supposed to hang out a little in virgil's pool then go to roman's family cookout anf finally star gaze together. of course, it wasn't a date they were just hanging out. even though, secretly, virgil wished it was, he was happy that he could just hang out with logan.

virgil swore he could have killed thomas for making him do summer school. sitting in a sweaty classroom with five other people he didn't know and a lonely depressed looking teacher was not his ideal summer.

it was partially logan's fault too, saying that, virgil might be behind in certain subjects despite passing, to thomas when summer school applications were being mailed. not that virgil could be mad at him for too long.
he finished the math assignment ten minutes ago and he couldn't have his phone so he was bored. really bored. "okay, kids. hand in the paper if you haven't, you can take your phone and leave. see you all tomorrow." virgil was the first to get up and grab his phone, speed walking towards the front doors of the school where logan should be waiting, hopefully.

once virgil got outside he didn't see logan anywhere. he groaned loudly, pulling his phone out and looking for logan's contact when he felt someone grab his shoulders. he jumped and screamed loudly "looking for someone?" they asked menacingly, well as menacingly as patton could get.

"thank you so much for killing me." virgil growled, trying to calm down from the scare. "did you really need to do that?"

"yes!" patton smiled brightly. "also, your future love couldn't pick you up, he asked me to drop you off at your house and he would be there in thirty minutes." virgil nodded, blushing at patton's nickname for logan.

"well, wanna join me in my pool then? i wasn't going to invite anyone but him over but i can't stand being alone for thirty minutes after that."

"sure! i might not stay for long, roman might wanna hang."

virgil nodded. "that's fine, i mean, the longer alone with logan the better." he joked, blushing bright red.

"yep! you're right! just, don't do anything. okay, mister?" patton smirked, knowing how embarrassed virgil would get.

virgil glared at patton as he got in the seat but didn't say anything, too embarrassed to do so. it took about five minutes to get to his house. patton parked and the two got out of the car, virgil walking up to the door first. he walked in and said, "hello, i hate you, thomas!" he has said that since the first day of summer school.

"there he is!" he heard a shout from the kitchen. thomas walked out into the living room where virgil and patton stood. "you really shouldn't hate me though. logan suggested it, but i understand how hard it is to hate him for you." he winked.

virgil rose his eyebrows and looked at patton, who was stifling a giggle. "you... you told him?" patton laughed and nodded. "that's it! i'm drowning myself in the pool!" virgil exclaimed, walking towards his backyard. once he was outside, he took his shirt off and threw it to the side, along with his phone, then jumped into the pool.

patton giggled and followed him out there, going over to the side of the pool and sitting down at the edge. "stop being so dramatic!"
