I sat up in bed trying to open my eyes, I failed miserably. When I finally did open them my room was lit with rays of the bright sunlight. I thought to myself 'I can't wait to go to the beach' and I then I snapped to reality and realised it was July. (a/n- australia ref) I hopped out of my nice warm bed and opened up my curtains to reveal a gorgeous winter wonderland. SNOW, SNOW, SNOW, AND MORE SNOW!!! I smiled at the beautiful scene and went to check my phone.
"Hey (y/n) have you seen it outside? it's amazing" I read the text my best friend Kuanlin had sent me seconds before.

I looked at my alarm clock next to me. It was 10:45 am.

I locked my phone and ran to my closet. I grabbed a pair of black leggings, a white sweater. and my knee high knit grey socks. I pulled on my clothes and then went into the bathroom to do my hair, I lightly curled my hair. Next, I did my makeup, I did a neutral smokey eye with a thin winged eyeliner then applied black pencil eyeliner to my waterline then applied mascara to my bottom and top lashes. After I finished almost everything, I brushed my teeth and went down stairs.
I grabbed a bread and put some cream cheese on it, and then ate it, obviously. After I finished that I went into the shoe room and got my favourite knee high chestnut brown boots. I slid them on and went upstairs.
I was sitting on my bed playing on my phone, not realising the time, when my mum yells upstairs, "(y/n)! KUANLIN IS HERE!!!"
"Okay mum." I yelled back. I threw on my knit grey scarf and my chesnut brown leather jacket. I turned around to walk out the door and ran into somebody.
"Oh! hey your mum said I could come upstairs." Kuanlin said laughing, I looked up and giggled.
"Yeah sorry I wasn't paying any attention to the time." I said grabbing my phone.
"You want to go to the park? I brought my camera! He said as excited as a little boy in a candy shop.
"Yes! Photoshoot in the snow!!!" I said excitedly, Kuanlin knew how much I loved having photoshoots, especially in the snow. We walked for a little while to get to the park.
"I gotta get this" Kuanlin said laughing
"What?!" I craned my neck to look at him.
"You have snowflakes in your hair and it looks gorgeous." He said pulling out his camera.
Click~ he took the picture.
We continued walking until we reached the park. He took a bunch of pictures of me, I took a bunch of him. We took a lot of pictures together, too.
"OOH! I have a good idea for one!" He piped up.
"Come here." He said pulling me close to him.
"What?!" I laughed but was cut off by his soft warm lips.
Click~ the camera went off.
I pulled away and rested my head on his chest. "You don't know how long I've liked you, Kuanlin." I said staring up into his beautiful brown eyes that could make you fall in love, yet stop your heart from beating all at once.
"I think it's the other way around." He smirked.
"Nope." I laughed, knowing this was gonna turn into one if those pointless arguments we always have.
"Yes." He laughed
"No oh" I said with a pouty face
"Maybe it works both ways." He stated before kissing me again.
