Chapter 10

I tapped my fingers so I held a Batarang and I saw Annabeth slip a disk into her hand.
"Oh I don't intend to hurt you. Yet" Ra's said
Annabeth was studying them. I could tell. She was trying to read them which was harder than you'd think.
We should have been paying better attention because next thing I knew we were being held with our hands behind our backs by masked people.
"So this is my sister." Ra's flipped Annabeth's cowl off her face.
"Don't touch her" I growled
He ignored me and examined her. Looking her up and down. He settled on her eyes.
"You look like mother" he said
"So I've been told" she answered I could tell she was devising a plan. She had that look in her eye.
Ra's turned away and walked and Annabeth muttered in Greek to me.
"Πρέπει να βγούμε από εδώ" she said
(Which translates to we need to get out of here)
"Ξέρω" I said (I know) "Έχετε ένα σχέδιο;" (have a plan?)
"δώσε μου ένα λεπτό" she said in exasperation (give me a second)
I sighed. She was a lot more fluent then I was in Greek. I needed to spend more time placing the words and I didn't always pronounce them correctly.
"το δαχτυλίδι μου" I said (my ring)
She nodded. I tapped it twice sending an urgent signal.
I saw her slip a disk into her hand. She suddenly spun and threw it at her holders. I tapped my hand and my bar was there I extended it right into the first ones head. He fell I was still able to catch the other by surprise.
"I figured you two would be trouble." He sighed "no matter I have a client who would love to see you dead Perseus Jackson. And I don't think he'd mind seeing you Annabeth."
"Ael Ora τάρταρα"she said (go to tartarus) I sighed she'd probably be speaking Greek for a while.
Ra's and talia advanced on us. I heard someone behind me and expected to see Dick or Bruce but it was a girl. She had black hair and green eyes she looked maybe one year older than Annabeth and I.
"Cain" talia growled
"Ah Cassandra" Ra's said "good of you to join us. Have you come to return home"
"your dreams" she said quietly she also said it very choppily like she wasn't used to speaking.
"Who?" I asked
"Την εμπιστεύομαι" Annabeth said (I trust her)
The girl. Cassandra? She nodded to Annabeth. They knew each other.
Annabeth tossed her the electric sword. She drew her dagger and advanced on Ra's knowing that was the only one the dagger would work on. Although I figured it could potentially work on talia. I was right. I saw taila going up on Annabeth from behind as she fought Ra's. I threw a throwing knife Beckendorf had made me out of celestial bronze. I threw it. It hit her shoulder embedding itself into her upper arm. She yelled and turned to me. I was about to attack her when Dick flew in out of nowhere and engaged her.
"Go!" Dick yelled as he threw a Grenade.
All of us including Cassandra ran for it.

We met in the batcave. Barbara was there in a wheelchair. Sitting at the computer on it was a bunch of pictures from security cameras.
"Fancy" I said as I saw
"Yeah I guess. I just hacked in" she sighed
She had done this a lot in the passed week of being in a wheelchair. We had even started pitching new ideas for a knew Alias for her. My favorite was oracle.
"Cass I'm glad your okay" Barbara said
"Wait you know her to?" I asked
"Yeah"
"Okay then why don't I?" I asked
"I don't either" Dick said
"Percy δεν του ότι-" Annabeth started
"English please" Dick said
"συγνώμη" Annabeth said
"She means sorry" I said "she'll probably be speaking in Greek for a while."
