Natapos din ang pag-aayos sa akin at nag-antay ako sa backstage. Medyo kinakabahan ako kasi gagawin ko ang highest version ng Through the fire. Tumunog ang cellphone ko at nakitang nagtext si Joaquin.

Napangiti ako sa text at medyo nawala ang kaba ko. I'm glad to know na he is there to watch me. Kinapa ko ang pendant sa kwintas ko at dinala sa labi ko.
" Let's give it up for Francesca Morales, the Acean's Songbird."
Pumagitna ako sa entablado at humawi ang curtains.

May umakyat na isa sa mga ka-team ni JC na naka-suit and tie tapos inabot sa akin ang isang rosas.

Habang palapit na matapos ang kanta ay nakita ko si JC palapit na may boquet of roses papanhik sa stage. He looks so dashing in his suit and tie. Naririnig ko ang mga surprised gasps ng ibang audience sa pakulo na ito.
Inabot niya sa akin habang nagbebelt out ako ng highest note. Buti na lang at hindi ako napiyok. Lahat ng tao nagpapalakpakan with standing ovation pa. Nang hinulog ang curtain, niyakap ako ni JC nang mahigpit.
"You know princess, I really..."
Bago pa matapos ang sasabihin ni JC ay tumakbo lahat ng Glee club members para icongratulate ako at biruin.
"Cess, ang galing mo!"
"You're the best, Cess!"
"Pang- Regine Velasquez na talaga ang peg mo!"
"Buong basketball team ba ang nanliligaw sa iyo?"
Lahat ay tumawa at tinukso ako na hindi ko namalayan na wala na pala si JC sa tabi ko. Tumungo ako sa dressing room para magpalit ng damit at hinanap si JC
"Nakita niyo ba si JC?" Tanong ko sa kasamahan ko.
"Ah umalis na eh kasama ng mama niya at tatay mo."
Dinial ko ang number ni JC at mabuti na lang sinagot niya.
"Princess wait for me and I will fetch you. Unahin ko muna sina mama at Mang Kiko. Mama was overwhelmed sa performance ko kaya inaatake ng high blood. Antayin mo ako at may sasabihin ako sa iyo. Sige bye."
He ended the call bago ko pa sabihin na maghihitch na lang ako.
Nagcocompose ako ng text nang may nagsalita sa likod ko.
"You were so breathtaking and I love how you belted out the song."
Napalingon ako at nakita ko si Joaquin. He was wearing a baseball cap, black shirt and low rise jeans. He looks so hot again!
Mabuti na lang at halos lahat busy at kaunti nalang ang natitira sa backstage.
"Well if it isn't the elusive bachelor of Ace Academy." I said teasing him at he smiled.
"Would like to have dinner with me?" He asked and gave me his boyish grin.
"I'd love to!" Sabi ko at hinawakan niya kamay ko at naglakad kami palabas.
Narinig ko may sumigaw na...
"Gals si Joaquin oh!"
Tapos may nagsigawan na mga babae at hinabol kami or technically si Joaquin lang. Tumakbo kami hanggang sa parking lot! Ano ba yan at napaka-OA naman nila! Ano si Joaquin si Tom Cruise na dapat habulin parang artista?
"I should get a restraining order." He said and panted.
"Yes because you are so gorgeous and hot that it is considered a crime." Biro ko sa kanya.
"So you find me gorgeous and hot?"
He said and raised his eyesbrows.
Sasagot sana ako ng may sumigaw na naman.
"Hayun siya oh! Joaquin!!!"
"No sh*t! Let's get the hell outta here."
Dali dali kaming pumasok sa sasakyan niya at umalis.
"I really should get a restraining order for all of them." Napailing na lang si Joaquin.
"All of them?" Pagkaklaro ko.
"All of them except you of course. I'll get a retaining order for you so you will be with me always."
"Is there such a thing?" Natawa ako sa sinabi niya.
"Nothing's impossible with Joaquin Da Silva. You can bet on that babe." Pagmamayabang niya.
Yes like making me fall for you a lil bit more everyday.
