Jihoon's POV:

"Dr. Jihoon someone is waiting for you outside"

I put the documents that I was reading on the table and I was about to stand up when Seokmin spoke again

"She's y/n's mom"

I nodded at him before I went outside my office and as I closed the door I saw a woman maybe in her mid-forties sitting at a chair I approached her and she stood up the moment she saw me

"Goodmorning Dr. Jihoon"

I smiled at her and we both went to my office

"How can I help you ma'am?"

I asked her as I fixed my glasses and I read the documents she gave me

"I just want to know if my daughter is fine"

I read the document she gave me before I answered her, as a doctor I won't lie about her daughter's condition but as y/n's friend I want to comfort her mother

"Ma'am your daughter is still in a coma due to the accident there are still some internal bleeding and because of that we don't know when she will wake up"

I told her directly without looking or even taking a short glance, I don't want to see y/n's mom in pain but what can I do? It's my duty to tell all my patients the truth about their health conditions

"Thank you Jihoon for telling me the truth"

I smiled bitterly as I can feel the sadness in her voice, she really loves y/n, she loves her daughter so much

"No problem"

I was about to go outside my office when she spoke again

"I know my y/n will wake up you're always there for her right?"

I made a deep sigh before I answered

"I will do anything to help y/n"

A saw a smile crept on her face a smile full of hope

I was walking around the hospital knocking on every door that is my patient
