Suddenly, the sound of Mimi's phone ringing could be heard.

With a smile on her face, Mimi picks up her phone from her dress pocket. Seeing the caller ID, Mimi's eyes brighten.

Looking up from her phone, Mimi places her finger up indicating she was going to step out of the room.

The old couple nods their heads with faint smiles. Smiling, Mimi exits the living room.

"Jeanie!"

"Ms. Mimi, good afternoon. I hope I'm not disrupting anything?" Jean said from the other end.

"Of course not." Mimi chuckled. "What is it you called for?"

"Right. I wanted to inform you that Mr. Odo called not long ago saying he'd like to schedule an appointment with you."

"Eh? Mr. Odo did?" Mimi amusingly arched her brow.

Lee Odo. The old businessman who Mimi's been partnered with for the past five years. An investor in her company who was there through the beginning of her company until it soon rose to fame.

When Mimi was searching for someone to invest in her recent system to help raise her profits quicker, Lee Odo appeared.

Mimi reached out to him, and being a small child at the time, she could only communicate through a computer screen or by sending in workers as her replacement.

For the next few years things were going smoothly, until he demanded a meeting with Andras. Face to face. Because Mimi had never shown herself to anyone in the industry, she was put in a tight position.

Or at least that's how it seemed.

The day of the meeting Mimi arrived dressed as Andras. A fifteen-year-old boy who rose to fame quickly within the industry.

From then on, the two had become close and often shared ideas with one another.

Therefore, hearing his request to meet with her was slightly surprising since it had been quite some time since she last saw the old man.

"Approve it. Ask him if next Friday is alright." Mimi's eyes sparkled brightly.

"Yes, Ms. Mimi."

"Thank you, Jeanie!" Mimi said before ending the call.

Skipping back into the living room where the others were, Mimi releases a faint smile.

"Grace, I have to go early a friend of mine wants to meet up. Thank you for having me over!" Mimi grins.

"Of course. Stop by any time girl." Grace said gently.

"En, I will!"

Alec, standing up from his seat, follows the girl out after saying goodbye to the two.

Approaching the apartment door, Mimi suddenly halts her steps, her body swiftly turning around.

"I forgot! Grace, by any chance do you still have some vegetables that I could have?"

Hearing Mimi's words, everyone became silent – their eyes wide.

Did...did she just say she wanted vegetables?

Narrowing her eyes suspiciously, Grace eyes the girl in front of her.

"What for?"

"To eat of course, what else?" Mimi giggles.

She planned to eat them?! What in the world happened to the vegetable hater Mimi they all knew?

Even Alec couldn't stop himself from staring at his sister with a stunned expression. He, who knew Mimi the longest knew exactly how much Mimi detested vegetables.
