Chapter 33

"Ryan is coming over." Alison said, reapplying her makeup. "When is he not?" I laughed. I grabbed my phone from the night stand. Still no calls or texts from Zayn. I frowned and slammed my phone back onto the table.
"Do you think Zayn's ignoring me?" I sat up in the bed.
Ali shrugged. "Malik is a strange man." She commented. "Why would he be ignoring me? That's the thing! I haven't heard from him for five days now, Ali!" I whined.
"What if he's dead or something? I wouldn't be there to attend his funeral because I'm here!"
Ali scoffed. "Your overreacting." She rolled her eyes. "I'm sure he'll contact you by tonight."
"Even worse, what if he's cheating on me." I gasped. Ali snorted. "I just want to talk to him. A simple hello would have been fine, don't you think?" I bit my lip.
"Stop saying that," Ali sighed heavily. "Your going to explode from overthinking too much." I nodded.
"Alright," I muttered. "Just stop thinking about it." I told myself.
"Ryan just arrived into the hotel." Alison tapped away on her phone. After a few minutes or so, Ryan hollered from the other side of the door, "I'm here! Daniel's with me."
"Daniel's here!" Daniel yelled out.
"Hey guys, long time no see!" Alison grinned as she opened the door.
"Please," I scoffed. "It hasn't even been twenty-four hours."
Ryan, Daniel, and Alison continued to talk while I was in bed, stuck on my phone. I was enjoying my peaceful time, scrolling on Tumblr, until Ryan sat next to me onto my bed.
"May I help you?" I rose an eyebrow
"Yeah, get our friends to stop flirting shamelessly." He laughed. He was right. Alison's cheeks were red while Daniel spoke to her.
"I've never seen her get so flustered when she's talking to a boy before," I rose my eyebrows. Ryan chuckled.
"How's your day so far?"
"Okay," I muttered.
"Okay?" He frowned. "No one's day is just okay, its either good or bad. And by the look of your face, your day has probably been bad." Ryan blabbered.
