The 90's Kids is a traveling circus group that travels across the galaxy of Sicarius, as in this universe there is a train system that travels between planets at light speed, the Kids own a train. The group is made of outcasts and weirdos who use their talents to entertain in acts, they are each bonded by the common trait of having no family and nowhere to go, despite the fact that none of them are related by blood they became very close and have become each other's new family. While on the outside they may seem like no more then a bunch of family friendly performers, the Kids actually use their act as an alibi for crimes like kidnapping, murder, and manslaughter.

Thomas is the leader of the 90's Kids, as well as the only one that isn't technically a kid. The oldest of the group at the age of twenty, he's a top hat demon who can control reality. However, Thomas's reality bending abilities can only span a certain distance, he's limited to just the area around him, so he can't manipulate everything in the entire universe at once or things beyond his reach. He also can't create energy nor destroy it, he can only use what's available. Some things take more energy then others to do and it can be exhausting for him, and he can't bring people back from the dead. Finally, nothing he does is truly permanent, it's kind of like screwing in a screw, you can still take the screw out and it can still loosen. Thomas acts like the big brother of the group and keeps everyone in order as it's ringmaster, he's also seen as the most powerful of the Kids with his abilities and because of that they respect him. He's very mysterious, and not much is known about him or his species.

The Firestarter is a Fienkin, which is the main species on Asteria, the planet on which The 90's Kids first met and started their circus. Firestarter is not her real name, but what that real name is nobody really knows, not even the other kids. She has severe pyromania, as a child she accidentally killed her biological family in a house fire, and as a Kid her act is pyrotechnics and animal stunts. Firestarter is the third youngest of the group right after Rice Field, while spastic she cares deeply about the other kids.
