Any cases where the victim has not received justice will be under this chapter.
Some of these may contain theories, but if they are unsolved cases they will go under this chapter rather than the conspiracy chapter.
If someone was tried for a murder but was found innocent and admitted later that they did the crime, it will count as an unsolved case
This also contains missing person cases, even if the killer admitted to doing something, or the public knows who the killer is, if the body hasn't been found it will be under a missing person case.
