Louie didn't notice till he was home and being fussed over by his uncle Donald that the whole Tenderfeet situation had left him covered in dust and mud, so when he was ushered to the bath, he didn't complain. Instead he made the water as warm as he possibly could handle and just soaked in it.
After that he just wanted to spend the rest of the day in bed, in silence. Hopefully he will get it, but knowing his brothers they might loudly watch him like a hawk. And that's exactly what they did.
Louie snuggled up, clean underneath his blankets and belly full of the tuna sandwiches Beakley made for him. He felt Huey press a kiss to his forehead and sighed softly.
Even though they would be their watching over him, Louie didn't mind. He was happy to have his brothers so close.
