Lena and Louie sat on the bottom of the ravine, dazed from the sudden fall. Lena sat up, ignoring the pain in her arm and turned to study Louie. He lay still on his back, staring up at darkening sky through the narrow slit in the rocks.

Louie moved to sit up, only to wince when he moved his ankle. He plopped back in the dirt and groaned. "Not again!"

Lena laughed.

Louie scowled, then his eyes widened when he took in her arm. "Uh... Lena... I don't think your arm is supposed to be bent that way."

Lena looked down at her arm. "Huh, that explains the pain."
