Look, I know someone is gonna say something, but this is literally just a drabble about trust.
Louie doesn't have to wait for Lena or Webby to get dressed when she's getting dressed in the bathroom with them. It never seemed like a problem between her and her brothers, so why was it a problem with her girlfriends.

Louie was hesitant. Did his gender change things? Should he get dressed in his room. Noticing her boyfriend's problem, Lena took Louie's hand and said it was okay.
And so it was.
