Hello, welcome to my first fan fiction. Now, I'm a big Death Battle fan and I find it amusing that characters from anime or whatever watch and react to Death Battle in fan fictions, so I decided to type my own fan fiction like that. I chose High School DXD of all things because... uuhhhh... I don't know, it just felt right over other anime like Fairy Tail. Now some characters won't be watching at first in this chapter, but they will eventually in later episodes, so don't worry, they'll appear soon enough. Oh, and this fan fiction takes place after High School DXD Season 4. Anyways, enjoy.

One day, after Issei finished a job with a client he decided to walk around in a forest for a breather.

Issei: Uuggghh, man, what a long day. Aauugghh! So tired, what should I do now?

Then suddenly, he heard a weird noise deep within the forest.

Issei: Huh? What was that?

He followed the noise for a few minutes, until he found a weird portal, the origin of the noise. Then the portal spat out a small metal box and then the portal disappeared. Issei took a closer look at the case, it appeared to be locked. Issei broke the lock with his Boosted Gear, opened it and found a weird looking device which looks futuristic in nature with a red button on the top. He decided to bring it back to the club base to talk to Rias about it, only to find Yuuto, Gasper, Asia, Koneko, and Xenovia.

Asia: Oh, Issei. Welco...*Everyone noticed Issei holding the box.*

Yuuto: Wait... what is this?

Issei: No idea. I found it while I was looking around. Somehow It came from a portal of some sort.

Gasper, Asia, Yuuto, and Xenovia: A portal? From where?

Issei: Don't know. I thought I'd talk to Rias about it, but looks like she's not here.

Yuuto: She went out on an important meeting with her family, she won't be back for maybe several hours. So what does this thing do?

Issei: Maybe we should check it out.

Yuuto: We could do that. Honestly, I am curious about this "thing" myself.

Asia: But we don't know what will be inside.

Gasper: C-c-could it be dangerous?

Issei pats Gaspers shoulder with a smile on his face.

Issei: Relax, if it is, I'll keep you safe.

Gasper felt a little better and smiled.

Xenovia: Stay behind me. Issei will check it out.

Everyone nodded in agreement. Issei prepares to push the button while Gasper stays behind Xenovia. As Issei pushed the button, the device plays an audio recording.

Wiz: Is it recording, Boomstick?

Boomstick: Yeah, yeah. Maybe?

Wiz: Well, check it.

Boomstick: Uuhh, check check.

Wiz: Yep, it's working.

The everyone were confused in what's going on.

Wiz: (Clears throat) Hello. I'm Wizard, or Wiz for short.

Boomstick: And I'm Boomstick. Now, you maybe wondering "What the hell is this dinky little thing I found?"
