after the attack, we were told we would live in the dorms. it didn't sit with me well at first since i liked staying with my dad but it was decided for the sake of our safety.

today we were finally moving into the dorms.

"i'm gonna miss you," i say. "i'll still come by when i can."

"it's okay bug i know you'll be busy," dad says, giving me a big hug. "i'll miss you too and be safe."

i walk out to see my taxi and a small van for the stuff in my room. stepping into the car, i wave at dad as he gets smaller and smaller.

i already feel homesick.

the taxi had already been paid for so i step out to see my classmates already unpacking. yaoyorozu waves at me and so does ashido and uraraka. they're too busy unpacking to talk so i do the same.

the woman in the van asks to help but i don't have any tip money.

"sorry i don't have cash to repay you" i say.

"you'll be our future heroes soon," she says. "it's a courtesy."

i thank her as my cheeks heat up. a future hero?

me and her carry boxes and mr. aizawa gives me my room number. he looks sleepy as always. my room is all the way at the top floor. i already know this will be a bitch to walk.

"i'll unpack it later," i say. "just leave the boxes by the window."

the woman nods and after twenty minutes, we finish. the woman gives me a pat on the head and a smile.

"i hope to see you at the top someday" she says. i thank her quietly and wave as she hops in her truck and drives away. my head starts pounding.

"don't breathe! just keep running!"

i shake my head as a chill runs up my spine. let it go.

"y/n?" midoriya comes up to me and i smile.

"oh hey," i say. "you already moved in?"

"yeah all might helped me" he says, his eyes shining.

"that's good," i say. "i'm gonna go unpack now."

midoriya looks fine now, especially his arms and so does everyone. it's refreshing.

i unpack my stuff which is mostly my clothes and sheets. it's so good to see them all cheerful. i put in my folded clothes in the dressers and put everything where it needs to be.

i hear yelling from outside and see bakugou yelling at midoriya.

then i see todoroki walk out of a car. he looks at them and at the building until his eyes meet mine. i quickly duck back and look around my room.

i just sit on my bed and sigh. i hear the room next to mine make noise and i step out to see jiro moving her stuff in.

"jirou!" i exclaim. she turns and smiles.

"guess you're my neighbor," jirou says, walking to to me. "hope you don't mind loud music once in a while."

"oh no i can sleep through anything" i chuckle. we talk for a while until uraraka comes and ashido come to join in.

after fixing our rooms, we sit in one of the common rooms. yaoyorozu had put her hair down and it looks really good.

"i'm so tired!" ashido whines.

"so why don't you go to your room?" uraraka asks.

"because i want to hang out with all of you," ashido says. "these are the few times we are free and get to talk like girlfriends."

"yeah that's true" i say.

"so! do you guys have a crush?" she leans on the table and eyes all of us. i notice uraraka's face light up instantly.

"w-what?! a crush?!" she trips over her words and we all laugh except for ashido who is trying to know who. uraraka suddenly starts to float while she's stuttering even more.

"anyway! how about you all? jirou? hagakure?" ashido asks around. "what about you y/n?"

we all shake our heads no but ashido stands up on the table and points her finger at me.

"i know you like someone!" ashido says. "i saw you back at the campsite!"

all the girls turn to me and i stare at her, shocked. the girls ask her who over and over again.

"i saw you and bakugou talking it up during the cookout!"
