"Amelie,listen to your mother!"Nicholas carried his daughter over his shoulder and guided her to where her mother sat.He put her down on the couch and sat opposite of her.
"But I want to play!"Amelie whined.
"Amelie,you're accompanying us tommorow."Nicholas said
Amelie looked up at her father,smiling from ear to ear.
"Where?"She asked curiously.
"On an engagement."May replied
"To where?"Amelie asked again,furrowing her brows.
"You'll see tommorow,alright?"Nicholas added "we need you to be on your best behavior though,alright?"
"Okay...Is Thomas coming too?"
"No,he's still a baby.But you,you're a grown up now!"Nicholas said,chuckling at his own words,which left Amelie confused.She put a finger up and said:
"Yes,I'm older than Thomas!I'm....."
She put five fingers up,and added:
"This years old!Can I go play with Thomas now?"
May sighed.
"He's asleep sweetheart,how about you go play with George?"
Amelie thought for two seconds,before nodding her head and running off to the Cambridge's appartment which they had recently moved back into.
