"We will now begin the training," Kakashi Sensei announced as he, Tsukiko, Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke gathered in a nearby forest in the Land of Waves. As he was still a bit drained out, Kakashi Sensei was using a pair of crutches.

"Right," Naruto shouted excitedly. Tsukiko looked around the place, wondering how they were going to train. Is Kakashi Sensei going to put them into another survival test? With those crutches? Tsukiko could imagine that they'll hurt.

"But before that, let me once again talk about Chakra, the base for the ability as a ninja," Kakashi Sensei said.

"At a time like this," Sasuke said, not really impressed.

"I already know about that," Naruto said, holding up a finger. Tsukiko looked over to see what he had to say. "Chatra, right?" Tsukiko stared at him as Usajii let out a great snort in her head, muttering about Kurama not being a brainy beast either.

"It's Chakra," Kakashi Sensei told him. Naruto's spirit left him. "Okay, Tsukiko-Kun and Sakura-Kun," He gestured towards the pink-haired and white-haired girls.

"Listen, Naruto," Sakura said. "I'm going to explain this in a simple manner to save time," Sakura said. "Chakra is energy that a ninja needs to use to utilise a Jutsu. That energy comes from the body energy that is collected from every cell in the body and from the spirit energy that comes from training and experience,"

"In other words," Tsukiko pitched in. "Jutsu come from two energies that are squeezed out of the body and moulded together. This process is known as moulding the Chakra, and with this Chakra, one is able to execute a Jutsu by forming a seal, or several seals,"

"Correct," Kakashi Sensei said. "Iruka-Sensei was blessed with a pair of nice students, I see," Tsukiko smiled slightly and Sakura looked very pleased as well.

"What's with that?" Naruto asked. "You can just learn that with your body even if you don't understand the hard stuff," Tsukiko sighed.

"Exactly what Naruto said," Sasuke agreed. Tsukiko looked at him in surprise. Okay, now they were agreeing a little too much and that's making her uncomfortable. "We're able to use Jutsu anyway,"

"No, you guys aren't able to use your Chakra completely," Kakashi Sensei replied.

"What!" Naruto exclaimed.

"Just listen up, like Tsukiko and Sakura said, moulding the Chakra means to extract energies from the body and the spirit, then mixing them up in your body," Kakashi Sensei said. "And the amount of energy will differ from the type of Jutsu you wish to execute. In other words, the mixing will be different.

"You are not able to use your Chakra effectively. Even if you are able to mould a large amount of Chakra, if you cannot control the balance, your Jutsu will only be half as effective or not executed at all. Wasting energy will create a weakness of not being able to fight for a long time,"

"So, what should I do?" Naruto asked. He rubbed the back of his head, letting out a chuckle. Tsukiko eyed him.

"You're going to learn how to control it with your body," Kakashi Sensei said. "You must go through rigorous training where you put your life on the line,"

"So, what are we going to do?" Sakura asked. Tsukiko looked over in interest as well, for she really loved working with Chakra. Kakashi Sensei held up his finger.

"Climb a tree," Kakashi Sensei said.

"Climb a tree?!" Tsukiko, Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke looked at Kakashi.
