Tsukiko slowly ate her Ramen as she watched Naruto go crazy, looking for his free-pass for the Ichiraku Ramen. It was the following day and the sky was brighter, but there was a lot of mist in the mornings. The villagers were picking themselves back up and getting their village back to its former beauty. Tsukiko offered to help with the wooden work but Jiraiya told her otherwise.

Naruto had stripped down to his underwear, all decency forgotten as he continued screech and yell for his Free Ramen Pass, wondering where he put it or where he lost it. Tsukiko had no problem paying for it but she wanted to see Naruto's freak-out session. It was rather interesting and fun – that's the most she could get in these days.

Finally, Tsukiko pointed out to him that he hadn't taken off his forehead protector. It had been a rather sarcastic comment but when Naruto moved his forehead protector, the Free Ramen Pass fluttered down to the floor, and Tsukiko and Teuchi both face-palmed.

"Geez, you're such a troublemaker," Teuchi said as he looked at the Free Ramen Pass. Tsukiko had finished eating her Ramen but was now waiting for Naruto finish up so they could have a training session together. Both had separate ones earlier in the morning.

"Well, I forgot I put the pass behind my forehead protector so I wouldn't drop it during my morning training," Naruto admitted. Tsukiko shook her head at him.

"Got that," Teuchi said. Naruto ate rather quickly and Tsukiko watched him intently, waiting for him to choke. "I guess it is okay... Eat well and work hard," Naruto looked at him. "You're going to train again after this, right?"

"Of course, I'm going to train hard!" Naruto said. "Tsukiko-Chan and I are going to go and train together!" Naruto wanted to train against the Sharingan and Tsukiko wanted to train her Sharingan.

"All right, here," Teuchi said, pouring Naruto some more noodles into the ramen soup. Naruto looked up. "Another serving for free... Work hard," He looked at Tsukiko. "Would you like more Ramen?"

"Thanks, old man!" Naruto said while Tsukiko answered, "No, it's all right, I ate a bit too many Daifuku earlier, so... But thank you for the offer!"

"Welcome," Teuchi said suddenly and Tsukiko felt someone approaching the Ichiraku Ramen Shop and looked over to see who it was. It was Jiraiya.

"I came here I was told..." Jiraiya said. "Looks like you do eat ramen all the time," He looked at Tsukiko. "And I thought you were supposed to be at the Daifuku Shop? What are you two?"

"Pervy Sage...!" Naruto shouted through his noodle-stuffed mouth. Tsukiko looked at him in confusion, why was he seeking her and Naruto? Is everything all right?

"What? Why? Why?" Naruto asked as he, Tsukiko and Jiraiya walked down the street. "Why do Tsukiko-Chan and I have to go on a research trip with you, Pervy Sage, dattebayo?"

"No, this isn't just a normal research trip," Jiraiya answered. "There's a woman I want to ask some questions, so I have to find her," Tsukiko gave him an exasperated look.

"I have no time to waste on your perverted stuff," Naruto replied back. "I have to train!" He looked at Tsukiko. "Come on, Tsukiko-Chan! We've got to get more powerful!"

"Train...?" Jiraiya asked, staring at the two kids.

"I'm going to have Kakashi Sensei teach me a lot," Naruto said. "Like the Chidori..." Tsukiko gave him a confused look now. Wasn't Naruto a Wind Affinity? He doesn't even use Lightning Style then what is he going on about?
