"What is this place?" Naruto asked as he, Tsukiko, Sakura, Sasuke and all the other Genins stared at the huge forest in front of them, contained within a large fenced area, the following day. The trees were so huge that Tsukiko couldn't see the end of them. And there were 'No trespassing' signs everywhere.

"This is where the Second Exam will take place," Anko informed them all. "The forty-fourth training area... Also known as the Forest of Death,"

"The Forest of Death...?" Naruto repeated. Tsukiko looked around uncomfortably. She could see gigantic snakes moving about and she wasn't sure that she wanted to deal with them any time soon.

"There's something kind of creepy about this place," Sakura admitted. Tsukiko nodded in agreement as she nervously played with her twin tails.

"This place is called the Forest of Death, you'll soon realise why," Anko told them. Tsukiko bit her lower lip. But Naruto had other ideas.

"The Forest of Death, you'll soon realise why," Naruto repeated the examiner's words to her in a mocking manner, shaking his bottom. Tsukiko, Sakura and Sasuke looked away in embarrassment. "That kind of threat won't work on me one bit! I'm not scared!"

"Really?" Anko asked. "You've got a lot of energy," She suddenly pulled out a Kunai and sent it grazing Naruto's cheek before appearing right behind him within seconds. "A kid like you dies at the very beginning," She grabbed his face. "Dappled with the red blood that I like,"

Anko was about to clean off and probably lick Naruto's blood when Tsukiko saw a Kusagakure Shinobi approaching Anko, giving her back the Kunai, that she had thrown back, by the use of his tongue. Tsukiko made a disgusted expression but Anko seemed cautious.

"Thank you for taking the trouble..." Anko said. She had pulled out a second Kunai when the Genin had approached her. His tongue was so long that he didn't have to lean down. "But... Don't stand behind me, thirsty for blood, if you don't want a quick death,"

As soon as Anko had taken the Kunai from the Kusa Shinobi's tongue, the male started to bring his long tongue back inside. Tsukiko wondered where he even put all that tongue without choking on it or filling his entire mouth up with it. How is that possible? She tried to stick her own tongue out to see but got a look from that Gaara guy standing nearby and she hastily put it back inside. She doesn't want to be killed over sticking her tongue out.

"Well, it's my nature to get excited at the sight of red blood," the long-haired male replied. "And my precious hair was cut, so I got excited..." So, the Kunai grazed his hair, too, eh? "I'm sorry," He walked off from there.

"Evidently, we've got a lot of hot-blooded kids this time," Anko mused. "This will be fun!" She returned back to her place, leaving Naruto. "Well, before we start the second exam, I have to pass this out to you!"

"Oh, what's that?" Tsukiko asked as Anko pulled out a huge stack of papers out of her jacket. They weren't going to have another written test before the physical, are they? She can't deal with Naruto again.

"It's a consent form," Anko informed them. "Before you can take part in the test, you have to sign this. From here on out, corpses are going to come out, I have to get your consent to that! Or it'll be my responsibility!" She laughed.

"Well, I'm going to start the explanation for the second exam," Anko passed Naruto the forms to pass out. "In a word, the limits of your survival will be challenged," Tsukiko took her consent form. "First, I'll give you step-by-step instruction on the terrain of this Training Field," Anko opened a scroll to reveal the Forest of Death's map.
