Tsukiko rushed to a nearer, empty waiting area and grabbed onto the railing just as Gaara and Sasuke faced each other. Naruto and Shikamaru were still inside. Gaara glanced up at her once and then turned to look at Sasuke as Genma approached them, his hands in his pockets.

"So, it final begins..." Genma said. "The rules are the same as in the preliminaries. The match will go on until one of you dies or gives up. If I determine that there is a clear winner, I may stop the match... But I will make that decision,"

There was a very unsettling look on Gaara's face and Tsukiko bit her lower lip. He seemed like he was in a crazed frenzy, and she wasn't sure if it would be safe for Sasuke to fight Gaara in such a condition. Sasuke was strong – but she wondered if he could handle a tailed beast on his own at this point in his career.

"Fighters, to the centre," Genma said. Sasuke and Gaara stepped up, the latter which the same look on his face. Gaara's face looked as if he could practically eat Sasuke alive and Tsukiko wasn't sure it was a good sign. "Begin," Genma jumped back.

"Goodness," Tsukiko muttered as sand immediately started appearing out of Gaara's gourd but then Gaara clutched his head. "What's wrong with him...?" Even Sasuke was surprised by this. Tsukiko remembered that he had not seen Gaara's fight.

"Don't get so mad at me..." Gaara forced out. "Mother..." Tsukiko stared at him, feeling her body go numb slightly. "Back there... Back there... I made you absorb foul blood... I'm sorry...But... This time... It'll taste better," The sand collapsed suddenly. "Come on..." Tsukiko shivered slightly.

"Let's start," Sasuke said to Gaara as he swiftly pulled out two Shuriken and threw them towards Gaara. The sand grabbed them and formed into Gaara's clone. Tsukiko ran her eyes over everything that was going on.

Sasuke went to attack but Gaara sent his sand off toward him. The Uchiha male jumped up and got to kick him but the sand stopped him. Then, Sasuke went to punch Gaara but the sand formed a barrier. Sasuke slipped behind Gaara much like Lee and punched Gaara away.

"Sasuke... He's gained speed," Tsukiko whispered as she stared at the impeccable speed with which Sasuke moved. It was nearly as much as Lee's. The Sand Armour broke slightly as Sasuke motioned at him to come forth at him.

"Is that the Sand Armour?" Sasuke said. Gaara continued to glare at him. "Come on," Gaara did not move. "If you're not coming to me, I will go to you," Sasuke rushed to Gaara in that remarkable speed and quickly looked for an opening and kicked Gaara off. "What's wrong? Is that all you got?" He got into a stance. "I'll tear down that armour of yours," Sasuke raced towards Gaara and circled him like Lee.

Sasuke managed to get to Gaara and kneed him in the stomach, making him fall back. Tsukiko ran a hand through her long white hair, wondering just how much Sasuke trained. He clearly did it more than her and Naruto. She clutched her hands into fists.

Gaara got up suddenly, holding his hand into a seal and the sand began to circle him, forming a sphere around him. Sasuke ran towards Gaara and aimed to punch him but was unable to when the sand stopped it from getting to Gaara. However, the sphere jarred out a bit, injuring Sasuke a little.

Suddenly sand started whirling in the air and formed an eye. Sasuke ran towards the sand sphere and threw Kunai but they were defected. He constantly tried all around the sphere but it kept throwing him off.

"What's going on in there?" Tsukiko muttered to herself. Sasuke ran up the wall and went through the hand seals. And then there was that shrill chirping sound and she looked up, shocked to see that Sasuke was using Kakashi's Chidori from back then, in the Land of Waves.
