The whole night nightmares from my past came boiling to the surface. One finally drug me into it.

"What's it look like down there?" Z-15 was asking through the radio.
"Good or bad first?" I replied.
"Bad first man!" Z-1's grin couldn't hide anymore through the radio. "You know that Hunter."
"Okay, good news is that there is no guards in sight." I lied but it was what I was told to do. "Bad news is there's heat sigs nearing your position." Again another lie.
Z-15 laughed, "Lets lead them inside! It'd be easier to... erase them that way."
"Good plan, but lets ask Hunter what he thinks." Z-1 replied.
I smiled sadly, knowing that our leader trusted me, and I was about to kill all of them. I felt something wet slide down my face. I rubbed my face against the sleeve of my suit. I couldn't cry now. I had a job to do.
"Hunter what's your assessment?"
"Right sorry Z-1. Was just thinking... about our options. I believe that is the best right now."
I could hear Z-15's laugh over the radio.
"You sure Hunter? This doesn't seem like your usual self." Z-1 asked.
"Yes I am sure. Besides the target is inside."
"If you say so." Z-1 said. "Z-2 through 26, except 25, head inside!"
I knew when they all went in. The sounds of gun shots, and screams filled the air for mere seconds. Though it felt like an eternity to me.
The radio cracked to life. "Why Hunter why..." It was the last words I heard from
Z-1.***
I gasped for air as the memory stopped. I noticed a pool of sweat had built on the ground under me, and I felt cool tears streaming from my eyes. I hated the telepath that was doing this to me.
I decided to get revenge mentally. All my worst memories I would use against it. When the telepath attacked again I could feel him or her retreat to the very back of their mind. I smiled a wicked smile knowing the telepath would leave me alone for a while.
I finally closed my eyes. I opened them what felt seconds later, but judging by the sunrise I'd slept for a few hours. I tried to stand a little, yet couldn't.
"Ah, the boy wakes." A voice right out of view said.
"Yes master, this trash is finally awake." Another much younger voice replied.
Hoping to scare them I growled
"Master I believe that this is not trash, but a ugly dog. Don't you agree?" The younger voice said.
"D-15 I don't care who or what it is." The older voice angry sighed. "We were paid to torture him until he breaks or high noon. That is all that matters."
"Yes master."
I sighed. "So I'm guessing I will have to prove again that I won't break." It was more a statement than a question.
The older voice chuckled. "Oh I don't know about that." The voices hand touched me. I instantly felt my energy and powers fade. "Simian."
"What?"
