I dont even like cats that much.
But I hit one tonight with my car on the way home and my heart is just hurting so fucking bad.
It was so dark and I was out in the middle of nowhere and it just ran right in front of me and I didnt have time to stop. I swerved and nearly went off the road and I still hit it
It was storming, pouring rain and windy.
I found it and at least it was definitely dead. Wasnt in pain for sure.
I picked it up in an old shirt that was in my trunk and put it in the woods next to the road.
I sat there next to it for a while and just cried for it until my clothes were soaked from the rain
Too much mud, no shovel to dig.
I think I should take a shovel back and bury it

Animals are precious and my heart hurts so fucking bad right now. My hands keep shaking a bit. I feel stupid for being upset.
