Chapter 34

[Alejandro in the Media]

~ The Next Day, 4:00 pm ~

I am currently chilling with Mattia on a bench, in the park.

He had his arm around me as I laid my head on his shoulder while we let the summer sun along with a slight breeze hit us softly.

I felt as Mattia gave me a quick peck on the temple, I looked up at him with a curious look, he smiled at me then caught me off guard when he gave me a quick peck on my lips, I smiled and blushed, he smiled back.

Suddenly, Mattia's phone dinged indicating he had received a message, he dug his phone out of his pocket while I stared at him in confusion, he looked at the message and then turned to look at me.

"Alejandro is going to host a party tomorrow, wanna come?" Mattia asked me.

"Yeah sure, but why didn't he invite me himself?" I asked him.

"I don't know" Mattia shrugged.

"I haven't talked to him in a while, I'm going to have to call him sometime soon," I said out loud.

"No funny business though" Mattia replied defensively.

"Babe I'm not into him, I promise" I replied.

"Mmm okay," He said.

"Baaabe" I dragged out.

"What?" He asked looking at me.

"Don't be jealous" I giggled.

"I'm not" He blushed and looked away.

I made him turn to look at me as I placed my hands on both sides of his face, he had a fake frown on his face with light pink cheeks, I smiled at him and he couldn't help but smile back, I kiss him passionately.

After a couple of moments of kissing, Mattia wrapped his hand around my neck, I quickly pulled back remembering we were in public.

"What?" He said.

"We're in public" I whispered, blushing hard.

"So?" He said, raising an eyebrow.

"What do you mean so?" I giggled.

He slowly leaned into my ear before speaking.

"I'll go down on you at Alejandro's party, don't test me baby girl" He whispered seductively, waking up some parts of me.

I placed my hand on his chest and pushed him back as I smiled.

"We'll see" I shrugged.

I got up and started walking away.

"Hey, where you going!" He yelled.

"Just follow me" I replied as I twirled to look back at him.

After we arrived at Alejandro's place we ringed the doorbell and waited for Alejandro to answer.

Alejandro swung the front door open but his smile slightly disappeared when his dark brown eyes landed on me, making me feel intimidated and hurt.

"What are you doing here?" He asked us.

"Because I haven't seen you for a long ass time" I replied.

"Oh yeah..." He said awkwardly.

The more we stared at each other awkwardly, the more I could see that something was wrong with him towards me.

Mattia seemed to catch on to our awkward moment and when Alejandro noticed his friend's realization he cleared his throat, grabbing Mattia's attention.

"Y'all wanna come in?" Alejandro spoke hesitantly.

"Ye-"

"No, we cool, just came to check up on you" I replied quickly cutting Mattia off, I grabbed Mattia's arm, walked away from Alejandro's house, dragging Mattia away with me before anybody could say anything else.

"What was that about?" Mattia asked as we were further down the street.

"Alejandro is so weird" I commented.

"Yeah... maybe... Are you sure you don't have something going on?" He asked me.

"Are you fucking Yesenia?" I snapped back sarcastically.

"Okay, I'm sorry geez" Mattia mumbled.

Mattia dropped me off at my house and then went his own way to who knows where.
