Is your pen name your legal name? If no, then how did you make up one?

No lol It's actually my nickname, almost everyone I know calls me kika. Back in the day my little cousins couldn't pronounce my actual name so they would either call me "Ika or Kika" and it just stuck around lol Only a handful of my friends and family call me by my government name haha

How many books have you published till date?

3, but my very first story actually got unpublished a couple months ago because it needs major editing lol

What are your future projects?

I would like to write the sequel to my first story, a third book possibly to The Mafia's son, and a couple spin offs, but everything is still up in the air as of right now lol

What is writing to you?

Writing is basically me trying to express myself feelings through my characters and stories because I have a very hard time opening up to people in general. I suck at expressing my emotions that I've even been called "Insensitive" a couple times because I tend to be closed off lmao It's a way for me to calm and put my anxiety at ease because it's the only way I know how to relax when all else has failed.

Is being an author, your long time dream or a hidden passion you found out later?

It's definitely a hidden passion I found out about later lol I had never finished a whole book on my own until after high school, let alone try to write my own story up until an old friend shared his with me and I was like, "hey I have a pretty big imagination, maybe I should try it," and he told me about Wattpad lol

What genre books you like to work on?

Romance/ mafia romance, I live to write the in between drama lol

If we challenge you to write a book of another genre we suggest, then would you take it up?

I'd highly consider it but I make no promises haha I can barely finish what I start on my own lmaoo

Writing is a reality that paints a beautiful fantasy. What do you think are the charms of writing fiction/non fictional books?

I think it's the fact that as a writer/author we try and create characters that our readers can relate with, this way they know they're not alone. Whether it's us including our own personal traits or pinning other common things that people deal with on a daily basis, such as mental health. Not many people take that topic lightly so a lot people feel like they're not allowed to speak about their feelings so they turn to different outlets, one of the main ones being reading. I love creating a character that my readers can fall in love with, relate with, hoping it'll give them that sense of hope that they're not alone if that makes any sense? Haha I don't know I feel like I just rambled so sorry not sorry lmao next question.

Who are your favorite authors in and out of wattpad?

Outside Wattpad: Julie Kagawa; Natasha Preston (homegirls from Wattpad haha) Christopher Pike and Amy Rachile! Inside Wattpad: taintedkissesxo katrocks247 (although she has work off of wattpad lol) TheBibicalSinner

There's Anet, who I talk to on a daily basis off of here yet I don't know her Wattpad, she went from being one of my readers to a very close friend now lmao Kaiddance we actually met off Wattpad and both ended up being writers haha Elysiar was there for me in the beginning when everything started to take off, his writing is amazing! & beingunwritten, although we just met not too long ago I absolutely adore her already!

What is your favorite series you have recently watched or read?

My life has been so crazy busy that I hardly watch any tv or do any reading or writing haha but I'm definitely more of a movie person lol but i'm big on American Horror Story, and just finished watching Grey's Anatomy lol As for books the only thing in my library right now that I need to catch up on is Potere by  lmao 

Who is your favorite actor/actress?

I love Michael Pena he's hilarious lol and Patrick Wilson, along with Vera Farmiga, can you tell The Conjuring movies are my favorite? Haha

Who is your favorite Villain you couldn't help but love?

Hmmmm I would say Silas from The Vampire Diaries although I don't consider him a villain but whatever lmao

What are your hobbies other than writing and reading?

Hobbies, um I love messing around with make up if that counts as one? haha I love working out when I actually make it to the gym lmao I use to penpal with girls all over the U.S but I suck at being a human being and have stopped doing that as well haha I let life take over my life and never get any me time and when I do I try and get some writing down but let me just say I get distracted easily lmaoo

What are your hidden talents?

I honestly don't think so lmao I even asked my brother t make sure and he said "I'm annoying." lmfaooooo

Who is your first celebrity crush?

Chris Brown before he became a woman beater haha

What is the most embarrassing situation that you have ever been through?

Uhh I once tried to light a firework for the very first time ever and the second I thought it got lit i ran back so fast that I actually ate shit in front of my family and went face first into the grass, only to realize that the firework hadn't got properly lit lmfaooo

One craziest thing you have ever done?

Oh gosh, don't do this in school kids haha but I once had this guy bring a water bottle to school filled with Vodka so my friend, him, and I drank it and my friend got so tore up because she hadn't eaten that she started throwing up so they sent her to the office and they were trying to investigate who brought her the alcohol but the homie never spilled the beans, she took one for the team lmaooo

There are many authors who just started their journey and many readers who want to write but has no courage to do so. Please give them a tip and a word of encouragement.

If you love writing then write my dude, don't let anyone or anything hold you back from doing what you love, write for yourself and not for others, write what you enjoy, what you love. Don't worry about anything else, don't worry about the views, don't worry about the readers, there's no rules in storytelling, everyone has their own style of writing, don't worry if you think your chapters are too short, if your grammar isn't the best, there's always room to grow, just put it out there, write your little heart away.
