"Okay, first order of the Paranormal-"
"Dib, you don't need to do any introductions. I'm the only member here." You said, whilst fiddling with an origami swan you made.
Mo Peep chirped and flew down to the desk and pecked at the origami swan. "And Mo Peep."
You rubbed underneath his chin and glanced up at Dib gazing at you with a fond smile. You gave him a threatening glare causing him to clear his throat and avert your eyes.
"Yeah well, anyway I think we should form a plan to ensure that Zim isn't going to do anything evil." He said walking to the board.
He extended a stick and whacked the bored with a firm stare. "Besides that, there are other mysterious we must solve first."
"Oh! How about we watch supernatural-"
"Paranormal." Dib corrected you.
"-Movies and shows to help us get an idea of what to look out for." You suggested. This wasn't an idea, but more of an idea to kick back.
Dib put a hand on his chin in a thinking sort of way. He hummed in the process and answered you, "Good idea, but no."
Your shoulders slumped. Well there goes my plans for the weekend.
"I was thinking more of an exploring mission. We can go out and have a stake out in the trails of the nearby hilltops. There, I can set up my station and look for any activity going on." Dib explained.
"So...camping?" You tilted your head, briefly sharing a look with Peep.
"Yes." Dib shifted his glasses up and placed his hands on his hips. "It will be a chance of seeing something great and bonding." He looked at you in expectation. "You in?"
"Just you and I?" You questioned, placing your head on your intertwined hands.
"Well yeah, you and I-" Dib's eyes widened and he suddenly went shy, "...alone." He gave you an awkward smile as his pale cheeks reddened. "Not like us together alone, alone."
Dib continued, "-but like you and I as a team, a unit, working together."
"I don't know. Full moon, stars out, and the two of us alone. Seems pretty romantic to me." You teased with a slight smirk not looking at him. You didn't normally mess with others but Dib was proving it to be fun.
"No way!" Dib waved his hands frantically.
This made you narrow your eyes in offense. You weren't the most nicest person, but you believed that it took time to actually date someone. But why be butthurt from Dib? It's not like you were actually going on a date. Teasing him was supposed to be funny, but this was not making you laugh nor give you that satisfaction of embarrassing him.
