"This will be fun!" Your dad exclaimed, setting down his prized collection of plates down on the table.

"How so?" You questioned, glancing up from your phone.

"Because precious daughter of mine, we are having a family dinner. This time it will be nice and our guest will get along and there won't be an evil, wretched--" He closed his eyes and breathed out, "Your cousins and aunt will be coming over."

You shot up from the couch and shook your head.

"Nope, nope, nope, nope." You glared at your dad who did nothing but set the table up. He ignored your intense rage and went into the kitchen.

"Dad, please don't tell me you invited them." You followed after him.

"I did." He laughed.

You pursed your lips and typed rapidly on your phone. A menacing smile grew on your lips as you pulled your phone out and dialed a certain someone. Your dad's face reddened as a silky voice yelled through the phone.

"You have reached the phone of a bad bitch, may I ask which services I am needed in?" Sasha said, in a more serious tone.

"You're invited for dinner. Bring your father as well." You then hung up, crossing your arms over your chest.

"Alright, if you're inviting a friend of mine, I'll invite a friend of yours." Your father stated. He pulled his own phone out and smirked at you. He didn't put his phone on speaker and turned away to walk in a different direction with sass.

I swear...you shook your head, ignoring the annoying nagging in your stomach.

Your dad's family weren't the worst. They had some good in them, however there was a reason why you had a dark and menacing side. You didn't just naturally adopt this side.

Later on….

Your own reflection stared back at you. The dull look in your (color) eyes lightened not because of emotion, it was because of the black eyeliner that enhanced their shape and color. Your lips were covered in light gloss to plump them and disguise the usual chapped appearance.

For clothing, you wore an olive green cropped short sleeved hoodie with black jeans and casual shoes to go with the outfit. This wasn't exactly a dinner outfit, but it did make you feel content to know you loved your style. The eye makeup was a nice touch considering how you liked the way it looked on Tak.

"Hey, your dad was--" Dib paused upon entering your room. He blinked with furrowed brows to figure out why he was astonished by such a small difference in you. His eyes darted from your outfit to quickly focusing on your face. A light blush coated his cheeks as he gazed at you in a soft smile.

"What?" You shyed away from his staring.

"Your eyes. They've always been pretty, but they're standing out more right now." He walked towards you. Dib reached up to cup your cheek, leaning closer to get a better look.

The doorbell downstairs snapped him from his observant state and he pulled away. His hand trailed down to intertwine with yours. You being the flustered girl you were, walked away before he could do anything more. He chuckled and followed after you.

You heard a few voices from downstairs and almost tripped as a familiar voice laughed. This was the voice of someone mischievous like a fox. As they spoke, it was an alluring sound to listen to. A sigh escaped you as you reached downstairs to greet the spawn of a succubus you called your cousin.

"(Name)! Is that you!"

A wave of black locks swayed in the air like a flock of crows. You were met with turquoise doe eyes. His plump pink lips stretched in a loving smile. His tanned skin hands were clasped under his toned chest. The male had an organized style, wearing a baby blue buttoned up collar that exposed his slender neck. This shirt was neatly tucked into white pants that went down to show beige ankle boots.

"Give me a hug!" He exclaimed.

"No thanks." You shifted closer to Dib.

"Oh." His eyes lowered, they turned to Dib with a hint of curiosity. "Oh." His tone was of a teasing one. "Who's this?"

You hissed at him, stepping in front of your boyfriend who tensed at the stare he received from the slightly older male. He simply laughed and skipped towards you, embracing your body against his.

"I'm only kidding, baby cousin!" He nuzzled her face against the top of your head, swaying left to right.

"You're suffocating me." You tried pushing her away but she only smiled deviously, angering you.

"Rome, stop smothering your cousin." A woman pulled the older male away from you, causing Rome to cry comedically. This woman slapped her flamboyant son's head and shook her head with tired turquoise eyes. Her eyes moved to you and nodded.

"Hello niece." She said in monotone.

This woman known as your aunt was undoubtedly beautiful. She had black hair that reached to her blazer covered curvaceous waist. Her burgundy pencil skirt covered most of her tanned legs. The woman brushed a lock of hair to reveal a mole underneath her left eye.

"Hi, Aunt Morticia." You nodded back.

"Well now that everyone--"

"Nope." You grinned as the doorbell rang. You were first to open the door as your dad summoned the all and powerful lord to take his soul away.

Your family and Dib turned to each other in confusion, but this was dissolved in awe at the radiating appearance of Sasha and two other unknown members.

"Howdy!" She beamed and stepped in your home without any hesitation. The other two followed after her, staring around in awe of the house.

"I guess you were telling the truth." An older man with dark skin huffed. He crossed his arms over his muscular arms and nudged Sasha.

"Of course I was, Daddy." She punched him back. Sasha turned to your father and smiled at him, waving at all of the unfamiliar faces. "Hello, members of the (Last Name) bloodline."

Rome blushed, turning away from the girl. I don't know who's hotter, the father or daughter. He covered his face and twirled a piece of his hair.

"Nice place." Said the girl behind Sasha. She stepped out, not straying away from her family. Her amber eyes looked around until meeting yours and Dibs.

This slightly chubby caramel skinned girl was quite the looker. Her big light forest green eyes were decorated with sparkled blue eyeshadow that matched her short choppy hair which was colored in a mix of green and blue, slightly showing her pierced ears. Her outfit choice was a baggy pink long sleeve with the word Alien Gorl and jeans shorts underneath. She wore white lace up boots with black stockings.

"Hi." (She has Garnet's voice from SU)

"Hi." The both of you said back.

"You must be (Name) and Dib?" She questioned, her hair falling above her right eye.

"Yup." You both said in unison.

"Cool." She smiled lightly. Suddenly a chameleon popped out from her shirt and scared blinked up at her. She patted his head, "This is Russ." He leaned in her touch.

"Aw, you're becoming friends!" Sasha wrapped an arm around the younger girl's shoulder. "Guys, this is Tora. She's your age! Isn't that great?" She giggled.

Tora glanced at her cousin and closed her eyes, smiling.

"Sure." You answered.
