TIra POV

I froze solid because mama was looking over at me and Phil and Phil instantly stopped being tired. She walked towards us and bent down, looking directly at Phil and not me but I still didn't wanna risk it and move a muscle because what if she got one crazy ass sixth sense and can immedeitly tell that I'm here? She looked confuzzled and I was confuzzled that she was confuzzled and I'm pretty sure Phil was too.

"Phil who were you talking to?" Mama asked. Phil looked at mama and gave a big smile.

"I was talking to my imaginary friend!" Phil said.

HUUUUUUUUUUU PHIL YOJ DESERVE BEST ACTOR AWARD!!!!! TTMTT

"Imaginary friend?" Mama questioned and then smiled. "What's their name?"

"... Kieran." I whispered extra quiet and real quick. I picked Kieran because it sounded cool and I remember when I was alone reading one of the characters in the story was also named Kieran and he's my favvvvv character ever!

"Kieran!" Phil said happy. I watched as mamas eyes went big and she looked shocked and I was panicking because I never saw her look shocked before. She grabbed Phil's shoulders and looked at him dead in the eye like a fish out of water and on those ice beds in them markets and Phil didn't seem fazed by mama.

AHHHHHH PHIL I COULD NEVERRRR TTMTT

"This... Kieran is it a boy or a girl?" Mama asked.

"A boy of course!"

"What does he look like? Is he really talented in anything?"

"He has brown hair and hazel eyes and reeeeeeeelly tall! He's really fast and makes me feel allllll warm inside and I'm really happy with him too!" Phil said. Mama seemed to relax and let go of Phil with a smile but something looked off.

"O-of course. He must be really nice huh?" Mama said with her smile back on. Phil nodded.

"Alright we'll make sure to say bye to Kieran because it's time to sleep now." Mama said and took Phil's hand and started walking off. Phil turned around and started waving and gave the Colgate blinding smile.

"Bye bye Kieran!!! Let's play again tomorrow!" Phil said. Mama chuckled and looked behind also and I got extra nervis but noticed that mama wasn't looking at me but right next to me at the middle of the hallway.

She couldn't see me.

Good.

"Bye Kieran, I hope you and Phil stay best friends." She said and turned around and walked off with Phil. When they got into Phil's room I sighed in reliefe and ran back to my bed quietly. That was too close.

I snuggled into my blanket and closed my eyes and the long nights continued as I went to sleep.

I got up after a couple of hours of not being able to sleep like al the other days and I walked outside and jumped to the to of the tree and hid myself behind the leaves in the darkness. I sat down and sighed as the wind blew my hair and rustled the leaves, making a really nice ASMR sound and making the temperature nice and cool and smell realy good.

"... Phil really wants to save everyone huh? But we can't! No one even knows I exist and mama didn't even notice me even though we were so close! But I really want Phil to be happy and he'll only be happy if everyone is okay! But I really can't tell everyone I'm here... but I have to! For Phil!!! Ugh!!!!! Why's it so hard?!?!?!" I groan and slam my head against my knees which are tucked up into my chest.

"Stupid. Stupid. Stupid... maybe... maybe I can? You know what? For Phil I can do anything! Yeah! That's right! Okay I'll start people watching and pick who imma talk to next besides Phil!"
