Third POV

Everyone was antsy. Tonight they were escaping and Tira still wasn't up. When would she wake up? Will she ever wake up? That was the one question no one wanted to think about. Right before lunch everyone went outside again to play tag to get in some extra training before the escape.

"I'll be it." Mama said when everyone was asking who would be it.

"Mama???" Emma questioned. Mama smiled.

"I haven't played with you guys in a long time so why not? You should play with the kids too Sister Krone. To bond with the children. I'll count to 60 okay?" Without waiting mama walked to the tree and turned around and started counting.

"1... 2..." Everyone started running into the forest.

Everyone split off into small groups. Ray Norman and Emma decided to go together so that the kids couldn't think for themselves since if they met a demon out in the wild they'd be the ones taking care of it. So if they met two demons then the three of them wouldn't be able to lead the kids or help them.

"Wait Ray, Norman!" Emma shouted. She stopped and ran off to the side. Ray and Norman stopped confused until they saw Emma pick up one of their siblings and run back over.

"Emma! This is their training!" Ray scolded when she got back over. They started to run again.

"But even if I can help a bit I'll do it!" Emma said to Ray. Both Norman and Ray sighed.

Classic Emma.

They stopped after a while and Emma put her sibling down.

"You gotta run now okay???" Emma told them. They nodded.

"Okay! Thank you Emma!" They whispered and ran off. Emma was waving to them as they were running and they were waving back when all of a sudden mama popped out of no where and tagged them. Emma, Ray, and Norman froze and their eyes went wide. How was mama so fast?! She was faster than Sister Krone!

"I caught you!" Mama said with a big smile holding their sibling up. Then mama looked at Emma, Ray, and Norman and smiled and that's when they knew.

She knew.

The three of them ran while mama sighed out happy and put their sibling down. Then as soon as their sibling was out of sight she took a deep breath in.

Seeing the three of them so close made her think of her past when her, Leslie, and XXX would play tag together. The three of them were just as close as these three were and looking at them she couldn't help but think about those days. Mama shook the thought off and ran after them.

"Should we split up?!" Emma shouted, knowing that there wasn't a point in being quiet anymore since mama was on their tail.

"I'll distract her. You and Norman should stick together just in case." Ray said and stopped running.

"What?!" Emma turned around and was about to stop when she saw Mama. Norman pulled her along with him and Emma has to run. She couldn't waste Ray sacrificing himself.

When mama got close Ray didn't even run. He knew he couldn't outrun her and so he tried to buy Emma and Norman time by talking. But what he didn't expect was for Mama to just run right past him and towards Norman and Emma. Ray spun around shocked and ran after them.

Norman and Emma jumped over a few tree roots when all of a sudden mama whipped out right in front of them. The two skidded to a stop and froze. Norman turned around and ran but after getting a few steps ahead he noticed Emma wasn't following him. He turned around to see Emma frozen and mama just walking up to her.

"Em...ma?" Norman quietly said watching scared. Emma fell to her knees. She couldn't understand why, but it probably had to do with how mama was looking at her so lovingly and yet deep in her eyes mama wasn't looking at her like her precious child, but instead as a prey.

"Emma are you okay? You just fell. Here, let mama help you." Mama said sowly getting closer and closer. Mama was only a few feet away and Emma and Norman could tell that mama was up to no good.

"No..." Emma whispered out quietly looking at mama scared. Norman ran back but before he could save Emma from mama a shadow dropped down from the tree in front of Emma in a kneeling position, making mama stop.

"Kieran?!" Emma shouted. Tira slowly stood up a cool staring at mama with dead eyes. Mama stopped and looked at her with with wide eyes shocked.

"T-Tira...?"
