I walked inside and saw Brittany sitting there with Pouch. 

Pouch ran over to me and jumped up to me when he saw me. 

I nodded "hey, Brittany"

Brittany smiled "hey, Florence"

Kelly walked in behind me and smiled "what brings you here?"

Brittany "Came to dognap this thing. she's kind of the greatest"

I looked at Kelly "hear that, your wife wants to kidnap you, dog"

He rolled his eyes.

I whistled and Pouch and i walked out to the Squad 3 table and sat down. 

Mouch, Cruz and Hermann walked to me. 

Mouch "Flo, you won't believe what just happened. "

Pouch jumped on my lap. 

Me "what happened?"

Mouch "i was at the doc, getting my eye checked out. "

I nodded. 

Mouch "I was just being friendly, asking about glass eyes which is a bona fide interest of mine and all of sudden i have a date"

My jaw dropped "what?"

Mouch "i was simply expressing my gratitude for how well she fixed me up and i said, "i owe you a steak dinner," and then she says, "let's go out Fridays,""

Me "so you asked her out to dinner"

Mouch "it's an expression!"

Me "it is?"

Hermann "is she attractive??"

Cruz "Hermann, Mouch is spoken for"

Otis shook his head  "you can't blame him for that"

Cruz "why not?"

Mouch "yeah, why not?"

Otis "Because he's got momentum on his side. nothing succeeds like success"

Cruz snapped "oh ,so nothing fails like failure? is that what you're saying?"

Otis "what? no, no, no, i'm just saying, now that Mouch is a taken man, he's like catnip to other women"

Cruz walked away and Otis followed him. 

Hermann "i am a taken man, i ain't got no lady doctors throwing themselves at me"

Mouch "Trudy will rip my head clean off if she finds out i got a date with another woman. I got to get out of this"

He walked away, shaking his head stressed out. 

I asked Gabby shocked "how comes grandpa over there is going out with two women and i can't eve get a guy?"

Gabby shrugged. 

Hermann walked away. 

I eyed her and asked worried "what's wrong?"

Gabby shook her head "it's nothing"

I asked worried again"Gabby, what's wrong?"

Gabby "Matt's mad at me " 

Me "what happened?"

Gabby "at the job this morning i had to disobey him in order to save everyone"

Me "The Chief would never kick Matt's ass for that. You got the job done, that's what matters"
