"Sam, your teacher's calling" you heard your mom calling from the balcony as you quickly went out and grab your phone on the table.

"Hello?"

"Samantha?"

"Yes, Ms. Park"

"Can we meet to discuss something?"

"Yes sure. Just tell me the place and time"

"I'll send it to you now"

"Thanks mom. I'll be able to come home by myself"

"Okay. I need to get some groceries, see you again at home"

You walk out from the car and walk inside the cafe. You see your homeroom teacher as you walk to her.

"Sit down" she said as you sit down.

"Have you had your lunch?" She asked.

"Not yet"

"Okay then, let's eat something good first"

After you had your lunch,

"So, have you started taking notes from others, or are you making it yourself?" She asked

"Well, actually Samuel said that I can make my own notes so I've been reading the text books and made my notes"

"Okay. What I'm going to tell you now might surprise you but you know that your mid terms are staring next next month right?"

"Yeah, I know that"

"Are you prepared for the mid term portions?"

"Um, yeah kinda. There's still time but I think I'll manage it"

"You'll be needing to take exams for the first term"

"What? Really? When?"

"Starting from next Wednesday"

As you hear that you felt your heart sank of a moment.

"But today's Sunday"

"Yes, the principal wants to know your potential but don't worry too much"

"I haven't read all of them though"

"Here, this is your exam schedule and portions and suggestions on all the subjects" she said as she handed you a file of papers.

"Thank you. So, this exam will matter for the mid terms?"

"Yes, the explanations are in the file"

"Okay. Can I know who has the highest score?" You asked.

"It's Chae Soyeon. She got 453 out of 500"

"Okay. Thank you."
