Britt sighed to herself as sat on the flat, she placed Lillie down for a nap and sighed as she lay back on the sofa. She was starting to get over what had happened and how she was raped and she couldn't deal with it.

Britt started to close her eyes and start to drive off to sleep as she heard a knock at the door. She stood up and groaned as she walked to the door and answered it and frowned as she saw her mum Veronica who was standing on the door. Britt looked to her and frowned

"mum, what are you doing here" Britt asked as Veronica looked to her and smiled

"I think that you know baby girl. Iain called me and he told me what happened and I know that you need me" she said as she walked into the house and sat down. Britt looked to her and sighed as she sat next to her on the sofa and looked to her mum and sighed

"I know, I know that you are going through hell and that your head must be a mess but you are my baby girl and I am here to look after you and everything will be alright" she said

"We need to find out who did this to you and we will make them pay I promise you baby girl" Veronica said as she wrapped an arm around her and pulled her close as Britt rested her head into her mums chest and sighed. Britt knew that right now that she needed her mum more than anything more that she thought that she did.

Britt was scared as she wanted to find out who had attacked her but she knew it was impossible as she didn't see who had attacked her

"I know that you feel as if there is no one knowing how you feel but I love you and your my baby and I don't want to see you get through this, I have ways of getting this fine. I'm a lawyer and I fell some strings and the scum who hurt you will pay" Veronica said as Britt looked to her and smiled. She felt grateful that her was there and felt as if she couldn't help Britt get through this.

Iain stood in the ambulance baby and sighed as Sam walked in. He looked to him and sighed

"I think we need to talk, I know what your planning and you know what your planning but Britt needs you and she loves you but by going after the man who attacked her it's not fair, it's not fair on her or Lillie. You have responsibilities to your daughter too" Sam said as Iain looked to her and sighed

"I know, but I love her and I need to do this, I need to look after her and protect her and than means by protecting her from that scum who hurt her. I am not backing down from this Sam, it is something that I need to do. I couldn't protect her then so I have to do it now" Iain said.

Iain knew how he had to do what he could to protect Britt and he wasn't going to step down from his plan

Leigh walked into the staffroom and frowned as she saw Sam. She looked to him and frowned

"what's up" she asked as he looked to her and sighed

"I need to talk to you, it's over Iain. He is going to kill Britts rapist" Sam said as Leigh looked to him and frowned. She couldn't believe what she was hearing and knew they had to find away to stop Iain before he did something stupid and lost everything
