After sometime,
Anika is little normal.
Shiv: anika tum theek ho?
Ani: hmm..now i am ok
Shiv: tumhe mujhe kuch nahi batana?

Ani: maine..maine kuch nahi chhupaya shivay

Ani: shivay sacchi main baccha aapka hi..

Shiv: isilye tumne mujhe batana jaroori nahi samjha the baby was not only yours it was mine also..mera bhi baccha tha woh tumhe kab pata chala
Flashback starts
After finishing back to back 2 meetings anika come back to her cabin when she started feeling dizzy her eyes falls on calender
Ani: how can this possible? Meri date miss ho gayi kahi main pregnant to nahi hoon? I have to check saying she order pregnancy test kit at her home.
After reaching her home,
She straight away go for test
She is getting restless thinking about result the minutes looking like years for her.
Finally results came two red lines showing her positive
Ani: means i am pregnant for few seconds she forgot the world around her and gets so much happy after the news placing her hand on her tummy she started caressing it then reality come infront of her she started trembling with the thought that what will she tell shivay?
Ani: abhi toh main unhe kuch nahi bataungi unko wapas aane ke baad dekhte hai placing her hand on her tummy i promise baby mumma not anything happen to you.
Flashback ends
Anika placed her hand on tummy trying to feel her baby but all she can feel is the baby.
Ani: main..main mere bacche ko nahi bacha saki shivay mera baby..
Shiv: shh...don't cry ani he is counselling her but he is already broken

L1: haan toh pata hai na woh tia kapoor girlfriend hai uski toh yeh toh rakhel hi hui na
L2: hey bhagwaan waise samjhna isse chahiye uska isse man bhar gaya toh jaha se utha ke laaya hai wahi phek dega
L3: main toh chullu bhar paani main doob marti kisiki rakhel banne se pehele
They saw khanna coming towards them so they went in their flats
Kh: mam aap
Ani: main theek hoon khannaji saying she started climbing stairs fastly forgetting the life in her womb and mistekenly her feet got twisted she falls from stairs hitting on her stomach badly.
Khanna took her in hospital.
Doctor told her she had miscarriage and she is weak so she has to admit for 3 days

Ani: us din main bahot royi shivay meri carelessness ki wajah se mera baccha..

After sometime,
Om called shivay
Om: tu kaha hain
Shiv: main anika ke saath hoon (om knows about their relation)
Om: accha toh wapis kab aa raha hai?
Shiv: woh actually...he narrates anika's condition to om
