Congratulations on a wonderful first week of storytelling! You guys are doing a fantastic job keeping this RP going. <3 Sadly, there are maybe a quarter of you I don't see posting at all. :(
Activity is crucial to keeping this story going. We don't need or want every character to be the focus all the time; variety is the spice of life for a large cast RP like this one. However, if we don't see your character make an appearance once every two chapters (or three for the characters who carried over from Book One) without letting us know you'll be away, your character may be considered Available. We also may sacrifice your character to appease the Story Gods.
Please don't make us do that! Characters need love and attention, too, so try to keep them all in the story. Even if your character isn't where everyone else is--- maybe you went hunting in the woods instead of attending a party---you can still post what your character is doing, where they are, how they're feeling. You may run into another solitary character that way! :)
Some of you received notes from the Plot Faerie. I know I did! The Plot Faerie has some writing credentials and is not just making random stuff up. While it's not necessary to listen to the suggestions, it is strongly recommended! If you didn't get a note from the Plot Faerie, it's because different characters will get visits every week. No, you didn't do anything wrong. :P
The next chapter will be posted tomorrow and new characters will appear in the story this upcoming week. No one will disappear yet, but after Week 2 is finished, no one is safe. *ominous laugh* Keep RPing and stay friends with the Plot Faerie! <3
