Thank you to every single person who has chosen to read The Butterfly Effect. This book is the first teen mystery I have ever written, and I've tried my best to weave my own teenage experiences into the lives of the characters. The story follows a group of six high school seniors, each representing a piece of my own life. I started my journey of writing this book in junior year of my high school and today, two years later, as I'm almost finished with senior year, I've realized how much I've grown up with these people. They mean more to me than I ever thought they would, and I hope you, the reader, will find some sort of comfort while exploring this world through their eyes.

Also, a great thank you to my two best friends in real life. They're the biggest hype people I could've ever gotten and legitimately a family to me. Being friends with them is possibly the best thing in my life. Thank you bitches! I love you to the moon and back.

Holy crap, that ending was unexpected!
I really like this story, I don't tend to enjoy highschool books but this one is good, I love the mystery genre of PLL, hence why I find this plot so enjoyable.

The Butterfly Effect is inspired by a number of teen shows/movies I have watched in my life like Pretty Little Liars, Gossip Girl and Elité. Hence, there may be resemblances in plotlines, names, etc. This is a first draft which will undergo major editing during which many of those shall be changed, including the school name, Beacon Heights and other details, so please don't be too critical about certain elements of the book and just enjoy the ride!
