"Are you sure that I should come with you? I mean... it's a double date of yours. I'm kind of like the fifth wheel" Lydia asked.

Lydia called me after school, saying that she wanted to meet me and Allison. She told us about the fight she had with Jackson, even though they were no couple anymore.

"Of course. We don't mind, do we?" Allison asked me. "No. It will be fun" I smiled.

I remembered the conversation we just had and to be honest... I was confusing as hell.

"He said weird stuff like 'Nothing happened to you. It's like you're immune' or 'Whatever it is... Blood, saliva, whatever soul - killing substance is running through your veins, you did this to me. You ruined it for me. You ruined everything!' and I don't know what he meant with it. He just yelled at me for no reason" Lydia explained.

If Jackson was for real it meant that he was no werewolf after all. Nothing happened to him even after the bite. Like he was immune and he was blaming Lydia. But then again, I was having doubts, too. Lydia was fine as hell. Sure it is weird to run around the woods of Beacon Hills naked but nothing happened since then. There was definitely something wrong with those two. Jackson knew as well but Lydia was still riding the cloud of ignorance.

Lydia dropped herself on an armchair and smiled. "You know, I'm happy for both of you. You met the love of your lives and-"

"Stiles and I never really said the L-word" I broke in.

"You didn't?"

"No" I replied and thought about it. I, for sure have been thinking about it continuously and I know that my feelings for him are stronger than I thought they'd be. But Stiles on the other hand, I wasn't sure if he felt the same as me. He had strong feelings for Lydia for quite a long time and you can't just erase them off.

"But I am sure that he loves you, Amber. I can see it in his eyes and the way he cares for you" Lydia smiled.

"How?"

"Because Jackson used to look at me the same way" she mumbled.

I felt bad for her. Lydia and Jackson were meant for each other. Both of them so keen to be famous in High School but still down to earth.

"You know what, Lydia? I really used to think that you were the bad person but I like you. I really do" I admitted.

"Oh jee, Amber. You're too cute when you blush" she laughed which made Allison and me giggle as well. That was until Allison's father decided to interrupt us.

"Headed out?" he asked Allison who decided to lie, "Studying."

Mr.Argent rolled his eyes and told her to come over to him. "Just studying, Dad" Allison groaned. "I get it but we need you to remember what happened" Argent whispered, making sure that we couldn't hear him. But I still could.

"You want me to stop being friends with them?" Allison asked and I shot my head to their direction. Argent must've seen my reaction because he gave me an evil eye. "Actually, we want the opposite. I know how this might sound, but we need you keep an eye on her."

"Her as in Amber or Lydia?" Allison asked but we all knew the answer.

"Lydia. Amber's not the problem... right now" Argent replied, pronouncing the end of his statement.

"You want me to spy on her?" Allison asked in disbelief.

"We want you to look out for your friend to make sure everything's okay with her" Argent explained. Allison and her father turned around to look at Lydia who decided to take pictures of herself, posing in many different variations.
