WARNINGS: Explicit Conten...
I came to my senses, all my body ached, a stab of unbearable pain in my head made me scowl. I wanted to open my eyes, but if I wasn't dead something went terribly wrong. Well, my head was hanging low and I was sitting, there was some strong binding around my body. How great! He tied me to a chair! Did I not hit his neck? If I didn't stab him in a fatal spot, why was I not dead?
As horror filled my body, yet I forced myself to keep a steady breathing as I decided to slowly open my eyes... bloody ropes from my wrists to my elbows an intricate knot was joining my forearms tightly. I felt the same various ropes pressuring my torso against the once white soft chair, that many ropes between my chest and my waist was overkill, the glimmer of hope I had to escape when I saw ropes, fading away when I focused on my feet feeling over the soreness and pain, a metal coolness. I wanted to move see if I had any movement space whatsoever, yet my body didn't seem to agree with me. My belly felt icy, and that combined with my headache, made me want to throw up.
I heard a soft noise in front of me and cursed when my skin betrayed me as all the hairs rose. Just what I needed, a scared cat look to complete my utter dismay.
Illumi's hand reached for my chin, his slender fingers tracing my jawline, pulling it upwards. I glanced over to see his clothes filled with blood and a huge slash next to his collarbone, ah it was so close. My eyes roamed to his face; his void eyes were empty looking he had black circles probably from the blood loss. "You will obey me." His voice seemed to echo inside my mind, I flinched at the sudden jab of pain in my forehead and in a satisfied voice he repeated. "You will obey me, Y/N..."
"W-What?" My voice cracked, coarse. "Are you out of your mind, Illumi?"
"No, but you are. I prepared something very special and now you'll behave." His thin pale lips curled up, a small smile. My spine shivered; the ropes felt tight against my body as I tested their strength. There was no way out. I was doomed. Illumi's words echoed in my head and all I wanted was to shake them off me, red flags raising up in every corner of my brain. "Now what should I do with you? You haven't had your punishment yet..."
I snapped my head up facing him, he looked oddly amusing, eyebrows arched condescending smile. Seeing Illumi smile was making me believe I had died and ended up in a personalized hell. Feeling pain? Check. Being tormented by the worst person in the world? Check. Yep, I died and ended up in hell, for sure. "Ah yes, I knew I'd end up in hell when I died but damn."
"You'll wish you were in hell, Y/N." He walked slowly leaving my field of vision, "But right now, I think you'll have to reassure that friend of yours."
The chair I was sitting on was yanked and dragged next to the bed, Illumi sat on the soft covers soiling them with his blood, he was holding a small first aid kit and he cut the ropes on my arms with his modified sharp nails. "First, Y/N tend my wounds." I gasped.
"I was the one who made them why would I help you-"
"Tend. My. Wounds." He recited again, this time his voice demanding. Ordering me around, I couldn't feel more outraged, oh to be a witch and to curse his life, I could only wish.
Before I had time to fight back, my hands grabbed the white box carefully opening it and pulling gauze and disinfectant out. Oh my god, he hit me with one of his needles.
The scary needles infused with nen, this was his something special to me, this was why he was so sure I would obey him. My mouth gaped unable to say anything for a while, my hands carefully patted his collarbone with the soaked gauze, my brain filling up with ideas on how to quickly patch the cuts I had made.
His eyes were on me, a proud glimpse of light on his eyes. He fixed his toy, and now it was useful whenever he'd ask. I rolled my eyes. "I can't believe you did that."
"Did what?" He tilted his head to the left, faking confusion.
"Get a Nen infused needle in me." His lips turned into an oh shape, and he turned his torso so I could fix up the big wound on his ribs.
"I feel like you have become more and more of a useful toy, your attitude was just the problem. I wouldn't have thought of getting a needle at first, but a nen-using puppet with the connections you have. That's something." I scowled. I felt like spitting on his pale white face and ripping his silky hair until he was bald. But god knows what he meant with punishment and right now there's not much I can do to help myself other than to be compliant.
"You are a horrible person Illumi."
"Hm. Ok." His hypnotizing eyes met mine, he obviously couldn't care less about what I thought of him. "Also... Y/N... You are forbidden of taking the needle off. Alright?"
Ah... How f*cked was I?
"Don't take the needle off."
"Why do you always repeat it?" I wondered, talking more to myself than to him. Yet he answered, unbothered.
"Because you are one stubborn idiot." Oh...? Could it be he wasn't sure if it would work well on me? Because of my very contrary feelings to what he ordered?
I finished treating his last wound on the arm and after checking if everything was to his liking, he turned to me and ordered.
"Now, you're going to this city called Darlat. Where you'll find Chrollo, and leave soon after you find him. You can't tell him about the needle in your head. You'll return to this room in two days."
"Ah crap."
