WARNINGS: Explicit Conten...
Illumi had the decency of untying me before he left to do god knows what. I stared blankly at a wall for some time before realizing I had to go meet Chrollo and assure him that I was alright. Nothing wrong going on. Maybe I could play with words, see if I could let him know my very messed up situation. That could only be experimented there, in Darlat.
He cut short the fun I was going to have looking for the hot piece of man that was Chrollo. But I was somewhat relieved that I wouldn't have to venture through this continent all alone looking for him, I didn't enjoy the vibe this city was giving off and I wasn't sure if the other places would be better or worse. It made me remember the creepiest guy I've ever met, his name was Tserriednich, he was a prince of the Kakin Empire, meaning he could be around this place and that gave me some shivers. How could I always draw out the weirdest men in the world? Seriously...
Fingers crossed so I didn't have to meet any more horrible men, I packed a backpack with the essentials, nothing much since I wasn't sure I could get rid of Illumi's control so easily. At the moment, dying of hunger in the way compared to returning to his hands was a very appealing thought.
I left in the morning after applying some ointment on my sore spots, took me a long time to find the train station, besides that small delay I got to Darlat easily, a small city filled with expensive looking buildings. Made sense that Chrollo would be hiding here. I could bet on the fanciest house. Ever since I looked at the city, the tallest building in the center was calling my name, it had small lights in the five corners, and it was overall shimmering under the highest sun. Was that gold sparkling in the handrails of the balconies? Well that was it. I could sense it.
Didn't take much time getting there by foot, it looked farther than it actually was. I supressed an awe when I finally arrived at the entrance. It was too glorious and precious. A tall man wearing the fanciest of uniforms walked in my direction, a smile on his face. "Miss L/N. Are you planning on staying at the Silver Crow Hotel? We can arrange one of our best suites! Please, care to accompany me."
"Oh my... such good reception, truly worthy of the compliments this hotel. I couldn't say better myself," I laughed coldly, if the porter knew exactly who I was at the first glance so would everyone else around the hotel and drawing attention to me wasn't exactly my plan. "Tell me, I have an acquaintance of mine waiting for me."
"Our beloved forth prince? Or Mr. L?"
"Oh... Tserriednich must have a lot of his private parties here. I was talking about Mr. L, but if I cross paths with the prince a chat over a cup of tea would be most welcome." My lips curled into a polite smile, ah Y/N what are you getting yourself into?
The porter took me to room 13, where he proceeded to knock professionally on the door and wait patiently by my side until the Phantom Troupe leader opened the door. He politely gave his goodbyes as I walked inside the room. "Mr. L, huh?"
My eyes peeked at the man, his dark hair was down, wet, he was smelling like mint and citrus and was wearing a large slightly see-through white linen v-neck t-shirt, glued to his muscular body and some casual black pants. His feet were bare over the cold marble floor. Travelling up his body, my eyes met his dark chocolate ones and he smirked slightly.
"I was not creative with it, yes." Chrollo's smooth voice seemed amused, "I wasn't expecting you to be so fast finding me."
"Ah well, where else could you be if not somewhere where the riches are at?"
"That's right, I guess that was predictable of me." My lips curled, a genuine smile. How did my life change so much that I'd be relieved to see Chrollo...? I twirled around to stare at his face once more before plopping down on the most comfortable of couches.
"Oh, the comfort!" I purred as I rubbed my face on the soft fabric, "So, what have you been doing?"
"Enjoy the interlude.
Search out new allies.
East is the direction to go.
You will find one who awaits you."
His eyes sparkled ready to adventure, after the cryptic recital that didn't exactly make sense.
"Very poetic, what the heck though?" I asked, my eyebrow rising and my eyes looking for clues in his expression.
"Oh, it's a prediction of my future, Y/N I should've gotten yours. I stole it from a girl, the nen ability to write a poem predicting the future. She must've died because I lost it." He sighed, "such a nice one too..."
We stood there silent for a while. It was time to test how far I could go and what would the needle forbid me.
"What about you, Y/N?" Chrollo muttered, as he sat near me in the couch offering me a cup of F/B.
"I'm in deep trouble... Oh Danchou, can't you help me?" He furrowed his eyebrows, in confusion.
"What's wrong? What mess did you get yourself into?"
"I... Illumi..." Illumi used his needle on me, I wanted to say, but it didn't come out. It couldn't come out, I was frozen in place. So it did work on me...."Illumi, he..." I tried again to no avail. With a deep sigh I resigned. "I pissed him off, we had the sexy time, I ran away leaving him huh... you know with unfinished business and I'm sure I'll be killed or heavily punished for that when he finds me again." I laugh nervously. He looked slightly surprised, but I couldn't tell his real mood now that his nen was locked. Not knowing was somewhat scary.
"Enlighten me more about it, Y/N, how did you and the Zoldyck go from him being angry to sex?" His voice now low, dangerous. Oh boy, telling about the needle would be less dangerous than this but it didn't come out and now...
