C H A P T E R - 36

I kept on staring at my math text book. I'm pretty sure that Taehyun told me gow to solve it but it's getting more unfamiliar. I look at my notebook where he solve it with me but it's getting more confusing because I don't know where this and that comes from

(A/N : lol this is me while I used to study math 😂)

Oh God, this is so frustrating! I hate math, it's my biggest enemy.

It's already 11 p.m. but I don't seem to learn much. I sigh deeply closing my eyes and then look at my textbook again.

Should I just call him and ask him? But I think it's way too late now and I don't wanna look like a dumb girlfriend.

"Jiwan, are you not gonna sleep yet?" Han asked, stand by the door.

"I don't know, I'm still studying" I replied.

"Whoa! How weird! You never study after 10 o'clock." He laughed.

"Whatever" I scoffed rolling my eyes. "I'm going to sleep, go" I said standing up and walk to the door.

"Okay, okay, goodnight" he said still laughing as I close the door.

I just hope I will not forget what I know now. If not, it's gonna be so embarrassing during the test tomorrow.

(A/N : idk if you realize it but I skipped a day)

"Jiwan! Jiwan!"

I widely open my eyes seeing Han beside my bed.

"Are you not going to school?" He asked as I slowly get up.

"What's the time?" I asked.

"It's almost 8. Breakfast is ready. Come down quick" he said then walk out.

Oh my gosh. I feel so tired. I thought of revising it in the morning, but I don't have anytime so, whatever.

The moment I sat down on my seat, I rest my head on the desk. I'm so sleepy, I couldn't feel like talking to Taehyun as well.

"Did you not get enough sleep?" Taehyun asked as I slowly turn my head to him and pout.

"Am I looking ugly? I'm sorry" I apologize as he shake his head.

"No. You're looking beautiful more than any other day" he said as I smile.

"When are we having the test?" I get up and asked.

"Maybe at the first period-"

"Nooooo. I didn't revise it!"

"Don't worry. You seemed to study 'til late night" he said.

"But, I don't remember anything"

"What-"

The teacher came in.

It's not like the test questions were that hard. I think I fell asleep while writing it. When I finally got back to reality, I've answered only a 20 worth marks out of 50 and there's only 25 minutes left. I started panicking as Taehyun look at me.

"What's wrong?" He whispered.

"I think I fell asleep. I haven't written much-"

"Calm down. I'm almost done. Wait"

I look at the question paper again and continue some easy and short ones. Later, Taehyun grabbed my hand as I look at him.

"Pretend you're checking and revising" he said exchanging our papers leaving me speechless.

I will never be able to thank him enough for this. Not gonna lie, I'm embarrassed.
