Cold Seatmate || Kang Taehyun

C H A P T E R - 28

It was snowing outside and is extremely cold. I could not see properly as I wipe my tears off. I just don't understand what just happened and what I should even do. I got chills all over my body as I'm starting to shake a bit, trying to run but I could not, I could barely slowly walk.

"Jiwan, wait up" I heard Jeongin's voice.

I turn around seeing him run to me.

"Where are you going?" He asked, panting. I just couldn't help but to hug him.

"I'm cold. Please, take me home" I said lowly.

"Okay" he replied as I love away. He take off his coat and help me wear it. "Let's go" he said taking my hand and walk out with me.

My tears continuously fall as I wipe them away.

"Are you okay?" Jeongin asked. "I don't even know what to say. I could not believe Mr. Kang did that" he said.

"Please don't tell anything to Han"

"Why not?"

"You know how protective he could get. I don't want him having any negative feelings towards Taehyun" I said.

"Are you serious?"

"Yes"

"Okay then" he replied.

I feel so frustrated. I don't even know what to do. I don't know if Taehyun knew it before but I'm sure if he did, he wouldn't tell me to come but... I don't know. Will they really get married?

Han opened the door as I walk in, looking down.

"You're back so early. What happened?" Han asked as I walk up straight to my room.

"Hyung" Jeongin called coming in.

"What- Did you came with Jiwan?" Han asked, confused.

"Yeah, I went to Taehyun's dad's party too. With my dad and my brother"

"Oh okay. Did something happened or what? Why does Jiwan look like that?" Han asked.

"Uh, well, she wasn't feeling well?" Jeongin awkwardly replied.

"Okay. Thanks for taking her home. Come, let's play games. Felix is on too"

"Nah. I gotta go back before my dad's looking for me. And hyung, take care of Jiwan" Jeongin said.

"You don't need to say that. I know you like her" Han teased.

"I'm being serious. Good night"

"Fine. Good night" Han replied as Jeongin walked out.

I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with these people.
