I hear a knock on the door.
"Come in." I tell Anna knowing it's her
"Yup, something's wrong."
"With you?" I asked
"No, with you. You're wearing mother's scarf, you do that when something's wrong." Anna stated. "Oh, did we hurt your feelings? I'm sorry, if we did. You know, there are few people that are actually good at family games, that's just a fact."
"No, that's not it." I tell her as I sit on my bed
"Then what is it?" Anna asked
"There's this... I just don't want to mess things up." I tell her
"What things? You're doing great! Oh Elsa, when are you going to see yourself the way I see you?"
"What would I do without you?" I said
"You'll always have me. I know what you need. Come on, come here." Anna said
"What?" I asked
"It's Mama's words, cuddle close. Scootch in." Anna replied
Where the northwind meets the sea, there's a river...
Full of memory...
"I know what you're doing..." I whisper
Sleep, my darling, safe and sound, For in this river all is found...
We eventually fall asleep.
