"When are you going to stop being such a tease?"

-I sit on the large steps outside the entrance to the great hall and put my head in my hands.
Calling me a slut? Fucking pathetic.
Seriously, we've been friends for four whole years and just because I finally find someone I like as more than a friend, he gets all jealous and turns into a total prick.
Guess I didn't know him as well as I thought.
I hear footsteps approaching, but I don't bother to look up. Whoever it is is probably just leaving dinner early.
I then smell the familiar scent of firewood and Axe as an arm drapes around my shoulders and pulls me in.
He pulls my hands away from my face and tilts my head so I'm looking into his gray eyes.
"You. Are. Not. A. Slut," Cedric enunciates each word clearly.
"I know that," I smile at him.
"I just can't believe he would actually say that to me in the first place," I sigh.
Cedric's face is a mix of concern and anger.
"I can't give you a certain answer, but I do know this. You had every single right to react the way you did, and if Malfoy truly cares about you, he will apologize," he says with sincere certainty.
Malfoy's never been one for apologies, so I don't plan on receiving one for a while.
As if on cue, Draco walks out of the doors Great Hall with a sorrowful look on his face.
He spots us and almost sprints over.
"Close enough," Cedric snarls when he's about five feet away.
"Bella, I'm so sorry-"
"Shut it, Malfoy," I snap as I stand and head up the stairs.
"Please, what can I do?" He calls from behind me.
I take a deep breath.
"Stay the fuck away from me," I hiss.
I run up the rest of the stairs and round the corner. I slump to the ground against the wall.
"Love, you can't stay out here all night. How about I walk you to your common room?" Cedric suggests from beside me.
I nod and take his hand.
We reach my portrait door and I turn and face him.
"Despite what happened this evening, I had a really fun day with you Ced," I smile at him.
"You know I did," he says as he returns my smile.
I look down and see that I'm still wearing his hoodie.
"Oh, I almost forgot," I say as I start to take it off.
"Keep it," he shrugs.
I roll my eyes.
"Ced, I'm not gonna keep it. It's yours," I say as I hand it to him.
"Not anymore," he says giving me a playful smile before he turns around and heads down the corridor, whistling over my protests.
Though I do wish he'd take it back, I'm kind of glad he didn't.
"Pureblood," I scowl at the snake painting, remembering how Malfoy chose this password.

The rest of the week passes by in the same fashion that Monday did.
Every day, Cedric and I sit with Harry and Hermione in DADA, we go to the room of requirement for study hall, and we visit the ravine until sunset.
