Y/N SLOWLY opened her eyes, feeling light headed.

Once she did, she took a look around. She realized that she's in the room of requirement, laying down on a random couch, a green velvet blanket on top of her.

"Draco?" was the first thing that came out of her mouth, her voice raspy.

The blonde perked up from behind some kind of furniture, his voice showing immediate concern and worry, "Y/N, you're awake, thank Merlin," he had said, walking towards her. Y/N tried to sit up, but was stopped by Draco, "Just rest. You won't get any better if you tire yourself."

Y/N couldn't help but let out a tired sigh, "It's only a headache," she said.

"I saw you on the floor, unconscious, Y/N!" Draco couldn't help but exclaim. The girl looked at him, and she saw the fear in his eyes, "Merlin, I thought you were dead! What happened?"

The girl looked down at the memory. Harry compared her to Peter Pettigrew, and told her that she wasn't any different. And what hurts more is that she seems to agree with him. Harry was right, he always was.

"Do you think I'm like Peter Pettigrew?" the girl finally asked after quite some time.

Draco was taken aback because of the question. Why would she even ask that?

"Of course not! You're far from Peter Pettigrew," the blonde had said, taking her hands in his, squeezing it tightly as he sat down beside her, "Why would you even ask that?"

Y/N looked down, "Harry knows. We fought- and.." she trailed off, not wanting to continue, because she knew that once she does, tears will once again fall from her eyes, and it'll be like her panic attack once again.

The panic attacks didn't come so often. It usually never does, not until something very severe triggers her. She used to have panic attacks back when she was younger. She'd get worried because her uncle Remus wasn't home by the time he should be home. Or she'd get panic attacks when she dreams about her father being abducted, and being sent to Azkaban.

But this was much worse. Panic attacks didn't go as far as she passed out.

"What did Harry say, love?" asked Draco, his voice comforting as he massaged her hand slowly to calm her down.

Y/N swallowed the lump in her throat, "He told me that I was a traitor and wasn't any different from Peter Pettigrew."

Draco immediately tensed at that. Y/N could almost see the steam coming out of his nose and ears. He was fuming.

But they both know that she couldn't create any more damage.

So to let his anger out, Draco stood up, and kicked a chair, "Bloody Potter!" he exclaimed, venom in his voice. But when he saw Y/N staring at an empty space, he forced himself to calm down, and comfort her. There was nothing they could do as of now, "I promise you, he will pay for it. You're not like Peter, Y/N. You're much different."

Y/N couldn't help but scoff, "How am I different, Draco?"

Draco thought for a moment, then tilted the girl's head with his finger slightly, "Peter Pettigrew did it because of fear. He was a coward. You didn't do it because you were scared. You did it because you're brave," he said, and I love you for it, he continued in his head, but decided to not say it out loud.

It was too early to say it.

The girl stared into Draco's eyes, she smiled as genuine as she could, her eyes once again glassy with tears, "How did you even find me in the dark?" she asked. But it was more of a several meaning question.

But Draco decided to answer practically, "I wanted to see the stars last night-"

"Last night?!" the girl suddenly exclaimed, her eyes looking at the window. It was day time, indeed, "I slept here?"

The blonde nodded, "I couldn't bring you to my dorm room, nor could I bring you to your own," he said, "When I found you, I immediately brought you to the Hospital wing- but I decided not to, because Ronald Weasley was there with Potter, and Granger. So in the end, I brought you here, and made sure you were warm the whole night."

Y/N smiled softly, "What time did you leave?"

"I didn't," Draco chuckled, "I stayed with you the whole night. I slept on the floor, and held your hand to let you know I'm here."

The girl melted right then and there. She couldn't help herself, she enveloped the blonde in a hug, and smothered him with kisses, "You are adorably cheesy!" she exclaimed once she stopped showering him with kisses.

Draco shook his head in disbelief, "I'm starting to regret doing it now," he said, but his small smile didn't leave his lips.

Y/N chuckled. But her smile disappeared, "You said Ron was in the hospital wing?"

"I was getting there," Draco sighed, standing up from the couch, and pacing in front of the confused girl, "He drank poison."

"He did what?!" exclaimed Y/N in shock and in worry, "Is he okay?"

Draco nodded, "Potter saved him, they said. As always, he saves the day," he said, "The poison was supposed to be for the headmaster, not for him- I don't know what happened."

"You did this?" asked the girl.

"You know that I didn't mean to harm any of your friends, Y/N. That's not part of the plan, nor the task," Draco ran a hand through his blonde locks, making a mess, but he didn't care.

Y/N tried to give him her most comforting smile, "I know, and I really am thankful for that, Draco."

He smiled lovingly at her, and suddenly offered a hand, "Care to dance?"

"Why?" asked the girl, but nevertheless, she slowly stood up, Draco helping her for support.

The blonde wrapped his arms around her waist securely, "I just want to hold you close, because you never know only until when you can," he said, looking straight into her eyes.

Y/N didn't think any of it. She only wrapped her arms around his neck, and kissed him. She pulled away, her smile brighter than before, "What happens now?"

"Now, we dance," smiled Draco, and with that, he softly swayed them. There wasn't music, but it didn't matter. They had their loud heartbeats to dance to.

They could only wish that time stopped then and there.

But sadly, there was no way to do that.
