IT FELT amazing to walk into the Great Hall after a long time. Despite what they came here for, Y/N felt a wave of comfort to know that she really is back. Better, with her father, uncle, friends- everyone.

Everyone except Draco.

"How dare you stand where he stood?" Harry said, his voice breaking in the middle of speaking, "Tell them how it happened that night! Tell them how you looked him in the eye, a man who trusted you, and killed him! Tell them!"

Snape never dropped his eyes. He looked straightly at Harry, his face showing no emotions as he pulled out his wand aiming it at the boy, everyone stepped back in shock.

But McGonagall immediately stepped forward, protecting Harry from any spell Snape could give.

The man only looked at the professor. He hesitated, his arm coming down, but he immediately raised it back up again. The two professors looked at each other's eyes, speaking through them. Snape made no move to attack, the Order ready in case he does.

But in the end, he never did.

McGonagall threw a spell, Snape only blocked it. The woman threw another one with shaky hands, and Snape just blocked it again. The head of Gryffindor threw a spell, and another, and another.

Snape never bit back.

It became harder and harder for him to block the spells, so he spun around, turning himself into smoke, and left, the glass shattering on the floor, "Coward!" Screamed McGonagall.

The woman lit the torches back up, everyone cheering, happy that Snape's no longer in the castle, and the Carrows unconscious from McGonagall's spells.

Y/N stood still, frozen. She saw how Snape hesitated, how he badly didn't want to fight McGonagall. The girl knew Snape wouldn't. She knew it from the moment Snape protected them from the werewolf form of her uncle.

"You okay, pup?" Sirius asked, noticing the silence of his daughter.

The girl looked at her father, blinking, "Yeah," was all she managed to let out, giving her father a smile to reassure him.

Sirius nodded, though he had his doubts, he decided not to question her daughter.

All of the sudden, it became gloomy. Everyone looked around the room- them somebody shouted out of fear, then another.

Everyone looked confused, and scared.

But everyone got more scared when they heard Voldemort's voice himself.

"I know many of you will want to fight," it was like he was whispering to every single one of the,. Y/N clung onto her father tightly, not wanting to part from him ever again, "Some of you even may think to fight is wise. But this is folly," Voldemort whispered, and everyone shivered in fear, "Give me Harry Potter.. Do this, and none shall be harmed. Give me Harry Potter, and I shall leave Hogwarts untouched. Give me Harry Potter.. and you will be rewarded. You have one hour."

The light came back, the fire of the torches no longer giving warmth, but fear. Y/N looked around, then at Harry, who stood in the middle of everyone.

"What are you waiting for? Someone grab him!" Exclaimed Pansy Parkinson, but Ginny immediately stepped in front of the boy, glaring at whoever dares to come close.

Hermione followed suit, and slowly, one by one, the order and Dumbledore's Army shielded Harry from anyone and everyone. Y/N looked at Pansy in the eye giving her the infamous Black grin, knowing they've already won. Pansy puffed in disbelief, angry at how Y/N was a no good, always up to trouble, but always gets her ways.
